Superb meat and excellent pizzas: a perfect combination! We had dinner at this restaurant and the experience was impeccable. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly my main course: veal with green peppercorns and mustard sauce. It was a truly pleasant combination: the meat was incredibly tender, and the kick of the mustard gave it that extra kick you don't find everywhere. Truly delicious! My friends were also very pleased with their pizzas, confirming the high quality of the ingredients throughout the menu. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're in the province of Lecce, it's a must-see!

We dined at Locanda di Buck in Sogliano, and I can't help but compliment the entire staff on a wonderful evening! The first thing that stands out is the service: the waiters are super fast, extremely efficient, and above all, excellent at making recommendations. They immediately make you feel at ease and know how to guide you perfectly through the menu. To start, we tried two different first courses, swapping them to try everything. The gnocchi were out of this world, wrapped in a rich, flavorful cream and topped with cheese strands that added an extra touch. The ravioli were equally as delicious: topped with a delicious cherry tomato sauce and topped with strips of flavorful meat, a truly perfect combination of flavors. For our second course, we had to try their horse steak. It was a generous portion, grilled to perfection so it remained incredibly tender and juicy, accompanied by a fresh note of red cabbage and lemon. You could immediately taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. To round things off, we indulged in the desserts, which turned out to be simply fantastic. We shared a classic and timeless chocolate cake, incredibly soft, and a second chocolate dessert that was also beautiful to look at, served on a mirrored plate and accompanied by fresh, fan-shaped fruit. In short, a place where you eat excellently, are pampered by the staff, and leave with a smile. Highly recommended to everyone, we can't wait to return!
