16/09/2025: The pizza is very good, and they also offer more specialized versions. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, including the courtyard outside. Unfortunately, we had a rather unattractive table at the very edge. A fan or generator next to it was constantly making noise. What I liked least was the service. Our waitress, not even the lady at the cash register, didn't even smile. As a result, we didn't really feel welcome. Otherwise, the service was very fast.

13/10/2025: I had high expectations for this place, which turned out to be welcoming and with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing: the pizzas were undercooked, rubbery, and overly salty, the fried foods were cold, and the wait was long. After dinner, I felt heavy and unwell for hours. It wasn't a satisfying experience, and honestly, I don't think I'll be back.

25/09/2025: An unexpected surprise in a small town in the hinterland of Santa Cesarea Terme. Exquisite dishes, made with quality ingredients and original, well-balanced preparations. Excellent wine selection. Friendly, attentive service. We've already been twice in one week to try more dishes.... Compliments to the chef and the wait staff, highly recommended!

08/10/2025: Great atmosphere, gracious staff. We started with the caprese salad and a seared tuna dish, highly recommend both. For our mains we ordered the mussels over pasta and the pasta alla norcina… we loved the both. Perfect pasta and great balance of flavors. I’d highly recommend I Latini

07/10/2025: At this restaurant, you can sample traditional seafood and meat dishes of excellent quality, with innovative touches that still maintain the traditional characteristics. The shellfish linguine is particularly good. Highly recommended, in my opinion one of the top three restaurants in Lecce.

The welcome was all-encompassing: the aroma of the products, the full and inviting counter, the friendly and smiling staff, and the impressive presence of Maestro Franco only completed what was a journey through the flavors of Lecce. 17/09/2025: I dined last night at the Blu Notte restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel where we stayed. The atmosphere was pleasant, the waiters Francesco and Alessio were very courteous and professional, and the squid ink pasta was delicious. The value for money is excellent, and it's definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a pleasant, romantic dinner in the heart of Lecce's historic center. The restaurant is very clean.

01/09/2025: Great place, we had a great time at Anima e Cuore. Smiling and attentive waiters, very pleasant. The dishes were very good, up to our expectations. A menu offering pizzas as well as typical Salento land and sea specialties. I recommend 100%!
