The menu is incredibly varied and truly caters to all tastes, offering both traditional dishes and options for every need. The view is breathtaking, with a splendid panorama of the excavations, creating a unique and evocative atmosphere. The staff was impeccable, professional, and attentive. Special thanks go to our waiter, Luca: excellent, extremely kind, competent, and sweet, he made us feel pampered throughout the dinner with his smile and helpfulness.

05/04/2026: We had dinner at Giorè for Father's Day and used a The Fork discount coupon. Let's start with the fact that the menu available online (The Fork, Google, the website) is slightly different from what's available in-house, so this was a bit disconcerting, at least initially. Of the various dishes we chose, the octopus rosticciana was definitely the most popular and most appreciated—it was truly excellent. The two first courses were also excellent with the carbonara and the pasta with ragù. I personally had the tartare with egg (which I asked them to remake because there was a hair on the egg) and the duck with pumpkin cream (definitely my least favorite of all the dishes). The bread with oil served as a welcome dish was excellent, however—it was truly delicious. The service was spartan and simple. One negative point was the price, which everyone considered somewhat excessive for what they ate.

04/07/2026: Fantastic place. We had dinner in the alley next to the butcher shop last night. First of all, thank you and compliments to all the staff, especially the young people, who were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. We had fried food (Ciccio Fritto) and a pasta, potato, and provola frittatina, and they were fantastic. As for the frittatina, I have to say I've never had such a good one with potatoes and provola, not even in Naples, with mixed pasta and mashed potatoes on top—a true delight. Next up was burrata stuffed with pesto and mixed bombette, and sliced ​​with cacio e pepe fondue. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Everything was truly delicious. Final price €57, including cover charge and water. Highly recommended. And congratulations again.

01/07/2026: If you are in Nardò, you cannot miss Antica Macelleria Fai. It is an authentic meat lovers' paradise. The grilled meats are outstanding—so tender they literally melt in your mouth. The tables are nestled in a typical, beautifully decorated southern Italian alleyway which makes the atmosphere feel very romantic and homey. Fantastic, friendly staff and very fair pricing. 10/10 recommend!

Ordering via WhatsApp was simple and efficient, with communication available in English, which is very convenient. Home delivery was on time, without any unpleasant surprises. A reliable place, modern in its operation, and consistently excellent on the plate.

30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything. I definitely recommend it. 27/09/2025: I was looking for a nice place for my birthday, and I have to say it was an excellent choice!! The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other. The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs. About the chef... what can I say???!!! A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities! Well done, and congratulations, chef 😉👏

03/07/2026: We went on a Thursday, so not on a particularly crowded day like Saturday. The sandwiches were excellent, the products were high-quality, but the place left a lot to be desired: sticky tables and (certainly not the place's fault, but I think a lack of disinfection by the municipality) cockroaches everywhere, crawling under the outside tables (cockroaches, which we saw all over the historic center, anyway). We were forced to take everything away.
