06/07/2025: Overall TERRIBLE experience. Rude staff and poor pizzas. My group of friends and I (10 people in total) ordered take-out pizzas. When we picked it up, the pizza chef scolded us, saying: "if you have to order so many pizzas, you should do it at another time, that's how you packed up my place!" Concluding with "next time, go somewhere else". Unfortunately, we didn't have the promptness and rudeness to respond, but it would have been enough to tell us when we booked; we would have GLADLY chosen another place. The pizzas, moreover, were cold, very small and rubbery (photos attached). Needless to say, we will not return and will advise against it whenever possible.

03/07/2025: It had been a while since we were there and this time we all took dishes from the kitchen/grill (no pizza). They made us sit in an outside area that I had never seen, near the grill: very nice. Distracted service, slow in taking the order and initially surly (you take my order after half an hour of sitting down and then you rush me in an impatient way...?!? Not good). At the end some forced jokes and irony from the restaurateur. Apart from this, at the table we all ate in a disorderly manner; those who took the first course and then the second, finished at least 10 minutes before the others received their only dish from the grill... not to mention that the side dish arrived at the beginning, 30-40 minutes before the main course. Spaghetti with clams and fried calamari abundant but mediocre (little taste of the sea, but a lot of garlic). The grilled fish and meat were good too. I can't comment on the bill because it was offered by friends, I hope he had a discount even if I don't think so. Will I go back...? Not for now.

19/06/2025: For the restaurant and we were very satisfied (it's the second time we've been back) we had dinner in the beautiful internal courtyard. The service is courteous and fast. As an appetizer the scallops and the veal with tuna sauce, both excellent, as a main course the cappelletti and the cod, very good. For dessert tartatin and fruit tartlet, the first very good, the second a little hard and not very tasty. Also excellent the rosé alta langa and the moscato by the glass. In total 150 euros. You can bring dogs. Also recommended for a romantic dinner. For the bar: it will be the fourth or fifth time we've been here for a drink. Before Covid they had a splendid location on the hotel terrace, with a view of the mole. Now there are tables in the internal courtyard, in the closed space, very elegant, I also have on the square. We were on the square: in the evening it is particularly beautiful with the colored lights. It was a post dinner. We had a vermouth cocchi with ice for 6 euros (nothing to nibble on). Very good vermouth, they have a bit of a selection. Quick and friendly service. Recommended!

30/06/2025: Booked on Sunday evening asking explicitly if there was air conditioning, they told me yes, but it wasn't true since you couldn't even feel it, the food was too salty and mostly they had run out of water glasses, I don't recommend this place.

10/06/2025: serves really tasty pasta and pizza, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The service can be a bit slow at times, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

18/05/2025: We went to the Camping Bar for a hen party and we had a great time! Initially we waited a bit for the food, but when it arrived we were very satisfied! We chose the tapas formula, with a drink and 4 tapas. Since we were a group we agreed on some tapas choices beforehand and they organized a buffet for us. It was all really good and plentiful! The guys at the camping bar were also very kind in accommodating our requests and accommodating us with allergies. The atmosphere is also very youthful and nice, there was music with the DJ but despite this it was not invasive. Recommended

15/04/2025: After a very pleasant Sunday lunch with the family, I confirm with even more enthusiasm that the Cascina Barbassa restaurant is an obligatory stop for lovers of good Piedmontese cuisine. The rustic and welcoming environment proved to be even warmer and perfect for a convivial Sunday lunch. The real protagonist, as always, is the cuisine, which skilfully enhances the authentic flavors of the territory. We particularly appreciated the abundance of the portions and the attentiveness of the staff, who passed between the tables several times asking if we still wanted to taste their delights. A gesture of attention that denotes great care for the guest. The ingredients are very fresh, and you can clearly perceive their origin from the farm, guaranteeing excellent quality. The appetizers with the particular ostrich cured meats were an excellent opening, followed by first courses with homemade pasta reminiscent of the flavors of the past. The meat-based second courses were a true triumph of taste, and the wide choice of excellent local wines perfectly accompanied each course. The young and friendly staff contributed to making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxed, demonstrating professionalism and availability. The quality-price ratio is absolutely excellent, considering the abundance and authenticity of the dishes offered. The Cascina Barbassa restaurant is not just a meal, but an unforgettable culinary experience, a true triumph of genuine flavors and tradition, made even more special by the warm welcome and attention to the customer. Highly recommended for a Sunday family lunch or for any occasion where you want to taste the true essence of Piedmontese cuisine.

14/06/2025: I'll start by saying that we weren't able to eat at this restaurant... we'd been trying to call since 6:30 PM but no one ever answered... we arrived at 10 PM because we were out of the area and since it says the restaurant closes at midnight we went straight here but they sent us away because the kitchen was already closed... I recommend changing the hours on Google...

25/07/2025: I understand we're in Italy and Italian is spoken, but if you speak English, they seem more engaged than if you speak Spanish. The food is good but insufficient. The waiters are unpleasant. For 40 euros, a dish and two beers seems incredibly expensive. They've seen us as foreigners.
