02/05/2026: I won't comment on the pizzas because it depends on your taste, but let's just say they're very different from the classic pizzas most people like. These are much thinner and drier in dough, and the service definitely needs updating. It was a table for 6, and they managed to get one pizza at a time, minutes apart.

The staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, always attentive without being intrusive. The dishes were all excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, showcasing traditional flavors. Another strong point is definitely the value for money, truly excellent and hard to find elsewhere. Overall, a place we recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for good food, friendliness, and an authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

12/06/2026: A true artisanal masterpiece! If you're looking for the perfect gelato, you absolutely must come here! This isn't your average industrial gelato, but true artisanal art. Exceptional quality: The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can immediately taste the quality of the raw materials. Incredible flavors: I absolutely recommend the pistachio and fruit flavors, which literally taste like blended fresh fruit. Perfect consistency: Creamy, velvety, and at just the right temperature. Top service: The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and super fast, despite the constant line.

12/06/2026: A heavenly experience! The best gelato shop ever! If I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation! This gelato shop is a true paradise for the palate. The gelato is simply perfect: creamy, light, never too sweet, and with an impeccable consistency that doesn't melt in a second. You can tell from a mile away that they use only fresh, genuine, and top-quality ingredients. The pistachio is something atomic (it tastes like freshly roasted nuts!), and the fruit flavors are so intense, it feels like you're biting into the fresh fruit. Also noteworthy are the cone wafers, super crunchy and fragrant, and the artisanal cream, which is out of this world. The staff is the icing on the cake: always smiling, super kind, fast, and patient, even when there's a long line (which is normal, given how good it is!). The place is spotless and meticulously cared for. It will become a regular stop every single week. If you're passing through, stopping by is a moral obligation. 20/05/2026: We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We were genuinely impressed by the elegance of the service, the professionalism and the level of hospitality we received. It exceeded all expectations and is something we will remember fondly when we return to Dublin. Thank you for making our lunch in Turin so special.

20/05/2026: We chose to celebrate my daughter's confirmation at this trattoria. I've always been drawn to the look of this rustic and delightful place when I've been driving up to Superga. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner and the staff, and the aromas emanating from the kitchen. They are a working couple who work very well together; they're friendly and professional, and they guide us and advise us on the menu admirably. We tasted excellent dishes that, to our pleasant surprise, weren't too heavy for any of our guests. I was very impressed with the crispy asparagus, but equally impressed were the warm focaccias, the preserves, the platters, the risotto, the tagliata, the rabbit... everything!!! The ingredients in all our dishes were excellent, and the cuisine was excellent. Despite the limited space, we managed to enjoy a wonderful family evening, served by delightful staff and enjoying excellent food. Thank you so much.
