Eataly pizza 🍕 The preparation was good, perhaps a bit pricey for the service/quality, but understandable given it was a Saturday dinner. The reservation service was poor; despite receiving a confirmation email, when we arrived, there was no reservation at the reception desk.
We would like to point out the lack of supervision by staff on the escalators, which are frequently used by small children, and no supervision by parents either. As they say, this is the Italian way of doing things until some accident occurs, hopefully without any physical injuries.

Claudio worked in the delicatessen department at Eataly Lingotto, a highly knowledgeable employee who was always available to recommend the best products. Unfortunately, he moved elsewhere and is no longer with us: a real shame, because his expertise and professionalism truly made a difference.

Evening at the pizzeria. The place was very noisy even though it wasn't full. It was hard to communicate. I'd rate the pizza 7 for the dough and 5 for the toppings. The tomato sauce had a bit of everything. At one point, I saw beer glasses full of gnats and mosquitoes. I give a 10 to the guys and girls working in the dining room, both serving tables and behind the kitchen.
