Trattoria Superga In Baldissero torinese

We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We were genuinely impressed by the elegance of the service, the professionalism and the level of hospitality we received. It exceeded all expectations and is something we will remember fondly when we return to Dublin. Thank you for making our lunch in Turin so special.

We chose to celebrate my daughter's confirmation at this trattoria. I've always been drawn to the look of this rustic and delightful place when I've been driving up to Superga. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner and the staff, and the aromas emanating from the kitchen. They are a working couple who work very well together; they're friendly and professional, and they guide us and advise us on the menu admirably. We tasted excellent dishes that, to our pleasant surprise, weren't too heavy for any of our guests. I was very impressed with the crispy asparagus, but equally impressed were the warm focaccias, the preserves, the platters, the risotto, the tagliata, the rabbit... everything!!! The ingredients in all our dishes were excellent, and the cuisine was excellent. Despite the limited space, we managed to enjoy a wonderful family evening, served by delightful staff and enjoying excellent food. Thank you so much.

A great stop after visiting Superga. Excellent food, generous portions, and a very pleasant atmosphere. What we appreciated most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, truly welcoming and attentive. Special thanks for the attention given to our two-year-old daughter, a detail that was far from expected and truly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

A truly enjoyable dinner at Trattoria Conserva! The merenda sinoira was the most original part: classic Piedmontese appetizers served in preserve jars, a simple but very cute and unusual idea, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's name. We then ordered meat and other dishes, all very good and well-prepared. Also noteworthy is the kindness of the waiter, always available and attentive. The atmosphere is authentic, like that of a true trattoria, welcoming and unpretentious, where you immediately feel at ease. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly return!

It's all fantastic but being in the mountains is a bit uncomfortable

A very nice place near the Superga church. The atmosphere is very familiar, and the service is very attentive and friendly. The dishes are all typical Piedmontese and change seasonally. The Sabauda in camicia is delicious! Highly recommended.

A historic restaurant just 500 meters from the Basilica of Superga. A welcoming atmosphere, carefully prepared dishes, and an excellent waitstaff...

Excellent antipasti basket and tajarin with wild boar sauce. Nice terrace, but the seating is very cramped.
