Try it!!!! Piedmontese cuisine with traditional dishes, but with a creative twist that respects seasonality. The traditional veal with tuna sauce was excellent!! A nice combination of raw meat with Castelmagno sauce and raw asparagus. The tajarin with anchovy and agretti sauce was unusual, and the tajarin with asparagus dish in two textures was very tasty. The desserts were very, very good!!! The service was friendly and welcoming.

A well-maintained restaurant, with an extraordinary staff, both professional and courteous, who serve guests with kindness. The atmosphere is family-friendly. I highly recommend it, and if I'm ever in Turin again, I'll definitely be back. Excellent, typical Piedmontese food. Compliments to the owner and Donatella, the waitress.

We had a delicious lunch featuring Piedmontese flavors. We had an appetizer, fried food, agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and braised beef with mashed potatoes (we didn't have time to take a photo, but it was truly spectacular!) Spectacular food and service, congratulations!

A true discovery in the heart of Turin! Trattoria Camaleonte is a little gem where tradition and creativity meet. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, and the staff is friendly and always available. The menu offers tastefully revisited Piedmontese dishes: Camaleonte's vitello tonnato is simply perfect! The desserts also deserve a special mention: the Renette apple tarte tatin is delicious and a perfect end to the meal. Excellent value for money and great attention to presentation. A place that captivates from the first bite to the last. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends!

08/07/2026: Excellent choice for an after-work aperitivo. Rich platter and tasty tapas, perfect for sharing. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. An experience I highly recommend.
07/07/2026: I arrived at 10:30 PM after a day of work and asked if there was still something available to eat. The staff kindly told me to ask at the cashier where I could find the manager, who transparently told me, "If you order a pizza, we'll make it right away." Well, what can I say? In a flash, the menu was already open on the pizza page, I sat down at the table and ordered, and in the meantime, a fantastic medium red pizza arrived. A few minutes later, the exceptional pizza was at the table. Sometimes Customer Satisfaction is key, this time it's Customer Enjoyment. Compliments to the entire staff: I'll certainly return, but more importantly, I'll be speaking highly of this experience on all possible future occasions. Well done.

03/05/2026: We were there yesterday for a baptism, everything was perfect, the waiters were very kind, the food was excellent, the only flaw was the road to get there
02/05/2026: Excellent, beautiful, and remote... Spectacular. Nestled in the mountains above Pinerolo, maps aren't enough to reach the restaurant. The food is excellent, and you definitely won't leave empty-handed. The young man who served us (Simone) was always attentive, prompt, and very polite. The parking lot is large, and you can even take a stroll after lunch. If you're a bike enthusiast, it's a great place to stop.
