26/07/2025: The Arsini family's dedication to quality and care is palpable: everything is simple, yet thoughtful and made with love. As part of Cinemanbiente, I attended a truly enjoyable aperitif after Luca Mercalli's outdoor conference. The spacious tables inside seated, I believe, almost 200 people. Appetizers included crostini, fregola, barley, sausage, diced tomatoes, frittata, cream cheese, and breadsticks. Everything else was priced according to budget: coffee €1, liqueurs €2.50.

30/04/2025: Medium sized bar. I ordered a cream brioche which turned out to be good and an apple cake which turned out to be from the day before and smelled like the fridge. I couldn't eat it. I pointed this out to him discreetly but when faced with the evidence he continued to assert that it had just been done. I paid €3.50 and left...they lost a customer.

17/07/2025: A somewhat disappointing dinner. We ordered some less-than-satisfactory appetizers, the quality of the ingredients was low and a bit too greasy. The ossobuco was perhaps not very fresh and not cooked enough. The service, however, was rather quick. The cantucci biscuits at the end of the meal were, however, appreciated. The price was a bit too high for the quality and quantity of the ingredients.

02/07/2025: Good mountain piola, refined cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, good choice of wines, excellent cheese trolley, good quality/price ratio, the only shame is the distance from the centre of Giaveno, but it is part of the typology of the place…
23/06/2025: We stumbled upon this magical trattoria by chance and immediately fell in love. A wonderful place, super cool, perfect for escaping the summer heat of the city. Refined and carefully prepared dishes with a delicious flavor. Excellent service! I highly recommend it.

27/06/2025: Very good food, but microscopic portions; if you're hungry, you'll have to double the bill (the stuffed squid consists of four small pieces scattered around the plate, the cod alla Vicentina spread on a small piece of toast).
Mediocre tarte tatin, it tasted like frozen food from Metro.
Friendly and attentive service.
