Light and easily digestible dough with just the right amount of flavor, a wide selection of pizzas with balanced toppings, classics and good variations with an originality that pizza master Maurizio seeks and achieves. The staff is kind and professional. The sausage roll and hot porchetta from Ariccia are the highlight of a pizzeria that absolutely deserves a private menu thanks to the wide selection of drinks and the seating that allows for on-site consumption. PS: A tip: I tried the pizza with sliced ​​zucchini, mozzarella, and smoked provola...unforgettable.

I highly recommend this pizzeria. I ended up eating dinner here twice during my 4-day stay, and it met all my expectations. The pizza is so delicious that I was honestly making noises while eating it the first time! They serve fantastic, fresh square slices cut right in front of you. But the absolute best part is the price—I paid under €9 each evening for a full meal and a drink. You cannot beat that value. The owner, manager, and entire staff are incredibly friendly and hard-working. English is totally fine here, making ordering super easy. It’s centrally located right near the large church in the square (Cattedrale di San Pietro). There are two entrances on each side, allowing for a nice air flow and cool ambiance when dining in. Highly recommend stopping by when you are in Frascati! Bring your friends and family.
