Bruschetteria Pautasso In Torino

We had dinner at Antica Bruschetteria Pautasso and were truly satisfied. The first thing that struck us was the kindness of the staff; everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel immediately at ease. For appetizers, we chose the trio of raw meats, truly excellent and accompanied by a delicious oil and mustard emulsion that paired perfectly with the meat, and the veal with tuna sauce, also very good. Next, we had the tajarin with ragù and the braised beef in Nebbiolo, both excellent. Overall, we had a truly wonderful meal. The price is fair for the quality and the location, considering it's in the heart of Turin's Quadrilatero district. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in a colder season, to try the famous bagna cauda! 🍷🥩✨

A casual restaurant offering typical local dishes. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't find the food particularly interesting. There wasn't anything bad about it, but you know when you say, "I've had better" about a dish? Well, I've certainly had worse things in my life, but also decidedly much better. A mediocre experience, even considering the not exactly low prices.

For our first dinner upon arriving in Turin, we decided to come here because the reviews seemed very inspiring. A rustic place right in the center, but based on the reviews, I found it strange that it was empty because it was just us and one other table. Anyway, whatever, other than that, we ordered: Capunet, good, although they fell apart a little too easily. Veal with tuna sauce: the tuna sauce was good, but the veal was a bit so-so. Braised beef in Nebbiolo wine, tender, and the meat itself wasn't bad, but it almost floated in the broth, not the concentrated sauce. Plin with roast gravy: the plin were good, but I found the sauce decidedly too strong. Fast service and prices were average for restaurants serving typical Piedmontese cuisine, but in my opinion, I found it very standard.

Highly overrated, the food wasn't exceptional, some things were good, but others fell short of expectations. In my opinion, the value for money was unfair. The staff was completely incompetent for the price, and there were many oversights: the entree courses were served at different times; 15-20 minutes passed between the first course and the last one being brought to the table. The wine list was requested mid-meal from three different waiters before it was brought; the first two completely forgot the request.

Excellent service... And the menu... sublime!

A historic and very characteristic restaurant in the center of Turin, with an authentic Piedmontese trattoria atmosphere. Delicious, well-executed traditional dishes and friendly service. Prices are moderate. Ideal for sampling traditional cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Dinner with friends, I had an excellent bagna cauda. Service was a little slow but courteous.

Super! Good from appetizers to main courses. The Piedmontese dishes are definitely worth trying.
