Young and trained staff. Fast and attentive service. We tried the bagna cauda and it was delicious.

Thanks to a slightly late arrival we had to do everything quickly because the kitchen closed at 10pm. Keep this in mind.
The kids in the room are awake and present. Food average. The raw meats were too cold in my opinion. The traditional bagna cauda was supposed to be the undisputed protagonist, but it lacked character. Pautasso's is an interesting variant for the more sensitive.
Maybe try again more calmly

For the first time, on the food and environment, everything was excellent, I give 3 stars for the waiters... every now and then where there are a group of people, you have to look at water, bread and wine... or the cheese has to arrive before the dishes

Looking for a restaurant that offered bagna cauda, we found this place inside the Roman quadrilateral. Excellent dishes and generous portions. Typical Piedmontese cuisine.

Incredible experience, we were welcomed in an exemplary manner, the staff was extremely kind and competent, the choice was varied, the ingredients were of high quality. I highly recommend trying them.

They make you wait a bit to serve you but otherwise it's excellent.
I ate a good traditional bagna cauda (even if they put few Jerusalem artichokes), tasted an excellent Piedmontese cutlet and excellent capunet.

Bagna Cauda - piatto povero non abbastanza riconosciuto come emblema. Ottima la soluzione anche senza aglio. Ottime le verdure per spatolare nella terrina originale, anche se in versione ridotta rispetto a quella della nonna. Ottimo il servizio dei giovani camerieri in nero, anche se un grembiule da trattoria sarebbe apprezzato per l'ambientazione e come immagine di maggiore igiene. Bagni purtroppo non all'altezza. Resto dei piatti provati, carni, tagliolini ai funghi, capunet, vitel tonè ed i dolci, ottimi. La tart tatin, tropo diversa dall'originale pero'.

Questo ristorante è sempre una certezza per me e lo consiglio a tutti sapendo che saranno soddisfatti.
Quest'anno non era occasione da tartufi ma ho potuto assaporare un pò di porcini.
In particolare, oltre a degli spaghettoni alla bagna cauda (assicuro ottimi malgrado l'ingrediente "ingombrante"), ho gustato un hamburger di fassona con funghi porcini e patate fritte "vere" (vedi foto) degno di nota.
