Historic cake and tea shop in the center of Turin. The cakes are homemade. A good selection of vegan cakes, clearly labeled. You can enjoy them by the slice with a coffee, a "bicerin" (a traditional Italian drink), or a herbal tea. You can also purchase a whole cake. They also offer a small savory menu for lunch or aperitifs.

A decent pastry shop. Prices are on the medium-high side, but fairly in line with pastry shops in central Turin. The quality is good. The cakes are worth trying! There aren't many special ones, but the ones they do have are absolutely worth trying. As a café and snack bar, however, it's not very good: the dishes are expensive and the portions are small.

05/04/2026: For many Italian food is pasta and pizza. So while visiting Turin, we had our obligatory pizza at La Lampara. I had a simple Pizze Bismarck, which in its simplicity was delightful. Service was friendly and quick.
02/04/2026: Very delicious food. The service was outstanding ☺️ The tiramisu is a standout choice. I truly recommend the place and it is worth the visit. We'll definitely come back.

06/04/2026: What can I say...a wonderful experience. The bols were excellent, we ate them two days in a row because they were truly superb. We'll be back in October and definitely have another bol experience. Well done!
