I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant. A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times. The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry! Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality! The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day. The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables. But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish. The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card... Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate. The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere. It is definitely an experience to do! Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind! Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!

23/06/2025: Restaurant with good furnishing style, soft lighting for an environment that feels intimate but also suitable for any other type of occasion. Clean place and friendly and professional waiting staff. Their personal advice when ordering is very welcome. Excellent quality and freshness of the food. It was the first time my wife and I ate at this restaurant and I must say it was a pleasant discovery.

A very elegant place, exceptional service, a Japanese restaurant that takes the taste and pleasure of eating in company to another level. Highly recommended: treat yourself and indulge in the taste experience at Kobe in the center of Turin.

La farinata è stata un vero colpo di fulmine: croccante al punto giusto e dal sapore autentico. La pizza è spettacolare, con un impasto leggero e ingredienti di qualità. Abbiamo provato anche i tegamini: un’esplosione di gusto! Il tutto accompagnato da un clima accogliente e familiare, che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefano e Gaetano, i proprietari: persone eccezionali, sempre sorridenti, appassionate e accoglienti. Torniamo sicuramente. Consigliatissima!

15/06/2025: A refuge made of people, kindness, smiles and good food. We went here on Saturday after a nice walk starting from Bobbio, as soon as we arrived the chef apologized saying that it is open but having no reservations for the day and since the place was empty at the time she was doing some chores, we told her to take it easy. After 2 minutes she brought us fresh water and glasses without us asking for anything, super appreciated! Then she set the table for us, we chose the appetizer plate and a first course, shortly after the dishes arrived, as well as being good and fragrant, beautiful to look at. The appetizers were super rich as you can see from the photos, it was abundant but above all delicious, everything well balanced, simple and genuine. The first course was also abundant and with a delicious sauce of cherry tomatoes and olives. We finished with a dessert, a cake with amaretti with apricot cream that was simply fantastic and obviously a coffee to go back down. All at a great price given the place, the tranquility and the goodness of the dishes. Highly recommended!

16/05/2025: Found by chance, if you pass by those parts I recommend it, we ate super well, dishes cooked very well, hot focaccia with breadsticks made by them, the owner very kind. If I have to say the only flaw is the name osteria, you expect to spend less, but sitting at the table in front of the dish you realize that it is more of a gourmet cuisine, but the prices for the dishes are worth it all, keep it up.

12/06/2025: It is always magnificent and welcoming, now a regular stop with friends, delicious delicacies that can also replace a dinner or lunch, we have tasted everything over time, from pasta to pizza to main courses and desserts, all of excellent quality and very good everything. Delicious cocktails and there is always a great choice of beers, excellent for all types of tastes. The only flaw is that inside in the lower part there is a lot of chaos and you can barely talk, but obviously it is given by the number of people and the great racket that is created. We return as always :)

05/06/2025: The "tasty" burger with Piedmontese Fassona beef was excellent, definitely well stuffed. Good choice of beers. Quick service despite the crowded place. They should work a bit on the background noise, impossible to talk without raising the tone 🙄

31/07/2025: Excellent pizza, well-topped! I had the charcoal dough, which made it very light to digest. I might have expected to spend a little less, but I'll definitely be back.

09/07/2025: The dishes are excellent and prepared with quality ingredients, especially the fish dishes. The pizza dough is delicious and light, and let's not even talk about their homemade bread! But what strikes me most every time is their attentive dedication to the customer; it goes beyond ordinary kindness. Thank you.

28/06/2025: Super expensive! It's 8€ per aperol spritz and they give you broken up stale bread with it. I suggest going a block down towards the Dora River and paying half of that at the bar. The atmosphere inside the place is kinda nice....too bad I paid almost 20€ for 2 spritz....never again.
