18/07/2025: Welcoming place and helpful staff. I went on a Sunday and was offered two menus, one meat and one fish, for €20 and €25 respectively, including water, wine, dessert, and coffee. The food quality is acceptable considering the prices. I'm celiac, and they offered alternative dishes.

20/06/2025: Purtroppo l’ordine non è stato consegnato anche se segnava consegnato. Servizio clienti poco presente. Alla fine ho chiamato il ristorante e lì gentilmente mi hanno tenuto l’ordine. Con altri provider ho sempre risolto e il servizio clienti è stato sempre molto gentile.

19/05/2025: Excellent place to eat fish, with high quality raw materials, expertly cooked by the chef. The prices are reasonable for what you eat, the service is very friendly and the staff is very kind and attentive to details and the needs of the diners.

04/08/2025: I'm sorry, but the food was terrible. We mentioned that the tuna and salmon tartare smelled bad, but they obviously pretended not to understand. They don't joke about raw fish. The staff was rushed, non-Italian, and definitely underpaid, given the way the service was performed.

08/06/2025: The waiter has his time (long... too long), so I get up from the table to go and order directly at the cash register, but the lady at the cash register is too busy explaining her digestive problems to her acquaintances. The owner notices me, who is waiting in front of the cash register, and asks me what I want. I would have preferred to see a menu, but nothing... he looks at me with impatient expectation,... and then I go for a coffee and a coffee affogato. I can't say anything about the coffee, but his ice cream... with the flavor decided by him, is really worth very little, with ice crystals inside it is really poor, definitely not what you expect to find in a "masterpiece" of an ice cream shop. Calling it a "masterpiece" is pure blasphemy. The place is nice, but if this is the best you can find in None... it's really sad.

21/07/2025: Location dehor affascinante (Porte Palatine e campanile Duomo).. Personale molto cordiale, veloce e attento anche se vi è stato un piccolo errore nel tipo di pizza richiesto: dal tegamino alla pala che ho voluto consumare ugualmente e direi pienamente soddisfacente! Per mio figlio è il top l'hamburgeria. Non siamo clienti fissi ma ci torniamo sempre volentieri.

This place lets you build your own sandwich, starting with the meat (there's something for every taste and preference, from the most classic to the more unlikely like kangaroo), all kinds of bread, ingredients, and sauces to taste. The staff are exceptional, kind, and know how to recommend excellent meat and wine pairings. A warm welcome and friendly service are guaranteed. They even let us bring friends to the table despite the late hour and even offered us sweet treats at the end of the meal. Excellent value for money. Also, since I'm a tourist, I asked if I could take something with their logo and was given a really cute water bottle. An absolute must-do! Thanks Skassapanza! 😄
