We ate really well, good dishes and cooked with care and passion. Very good wine. Wine cellar with more than 400 labels, definitely worth exploring. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. A personal tip, I would review the furnishings and interiors.

Ottimo ristorante, piacevole ambiente e ottimo il servizio. Il ceviche di daikon è uno dei miei piatti preferiti, i sapori sposano benissimo e la nota cocrante con il retrogusto di paprika completa perfettamente il sapore. Buonissima anche la scelta delle farine utilizzate Esperienza perfetta

Combinazioni di piatti particolari ma innovativi e ben studiati. Abbinamenti che sulla teoria potrebbero non funzionare, trovano equilibrio e sorpresa nella pratica, sicuramente grazie alla grande esperienza e studio. Nonostante la serata affollata il servizio è stato attento e gentile. Il conto adeguato, spesso ci si dimentica che non si paga il piatto in se, ma lo studio e l’esperienza che ha portato all’ideazione dello stesso. Ultima nota a favore l’ampia scelta di piatti essendo totalmente vegetariano.

05/02/2024: A very nice café in Turin in Corso Raffaello, where you can also eat pasticciotti (typical Salento dessert filled with cream or other variations). the bartender is very nice and kind, always smiling. I have tried it several times for breakfast, I must say that the coffee is also good.
04/02/2024: I go to a school near this bar and in the morning it is a must to come and have breakfast here! Their pasticciotti are highly recommended, available in multiple flavors and all delicious: you can't go wrong with the classic one (cream), but I also strongly recommend trying the ricotta and chocolate one, in my opinion a real gem. The croissants are also good and fresh. Fair prices for a breakfast with cappuccino sitting on the beautiful mezzanine floor!
