29/07/2026: A truly excellent hidden gem, tucked away in a corner where you're let in after ringing the bell (reservations are highly recommended). The owner provides a very warm welcome in an intimate setting. The cuisine is of a gourmet standard and expertly prepared. It's also worth noting that, due to the restaurant's approach to organization, the wait is a bit of a wait (for us, nearly two hours for a three-course meal), but the dishes are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.

18/07/2026: Everything was excellent. A thoughtful and respectful approach to vegetables. A perfect balance of textures and temperatures. The wine pairings offer an excellent quality-price ratio. The service is polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Clearly above many Michelin-starred establishments. Overall, the quality-price ratio is among the best you'll find. Go there.

The variety offered with the surprise menu was excellent, and the addition of a tasting of four wines was equally valuable (with numerous unsolicited but much appreciated refills). Kudos also to the staff and chef for their attentiveness to the guests' needs. Highly recommended.

02/08/2026: We went to Al Confine in Trofarello and were truly satisfied. I chose the Aforisma pizza and can honestly say it was one of the best I've ever eaten. The San Marzano DOP tomatoes were flavorful and top-quality, the La Sorrentina fior di latte was perfectly stringy, the Battipaglia burrata was creamy and delicious, while the San Daniele prosciutto drizzled with a balanced and refined flavor. The dough was light, fragrant, and very digestible, a sign of excellent craftsmanship and top-quality ingredients. The service was also impeccable: the staff were friendly, professional, and always attentive to the customer. Congratulations to the entire staff for the passion and quality you put into every pizza. We'll definitely be back. A well-deserved five stars!

The dishes are prepared with great care and showcase this specialty to the fullest, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, always available to recommend dishes and excellent Portuguese wines to pair. The atmosphere is truly special: for a few hours, you feel like you're in Lisbon, thanks to the food, the wines, and the welcoming atmosphere. The prices are average and absolutely in line with the quality of the experience. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
