12/04/2026: "Miniere" has established itself as one of the finest interpreters of traditional Canavese cuisine, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. The reinterpretation of some recipes, particularly notable in the appetizers (which I highly recommend), introduces the element of surprise that makes the menu interesting as well as delicious. The seasonal menus are always interesting.
The location is a bit out of the way, but delightful both winter and summer. The prices are above average, as are the quality of the dishes presented, making them a good value. The wine list is not overwhelming, but well-curated. Homemade desserts include the puff pastry case with zabaglione cream and berries.

The owner immediately puts guests at ease, demonstrating his friendliness, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate any request without being intrusive. The set fish menu offers a wide variety, and all the dishes are satisfying, especially for those who, like my sister and I, love seafood. The service was perfect. Excellent value for money. They even offered a discount on the menu because I didn't order the first course, so the manager was also honest. A place I'll definitely return to. I recommend it.

The owner is extremely kind, polite, and discreet, and explains each dish meticulously. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes offered. The wine list is very good, though prices are slightly above average. The location isn't up to par with the fantastic cuisine.

Then the ice cream...INCREDIBLE 🫠!!! Original flavors, not only delicious, but also unique!! I'm very picky because I love ice cream, and it has to be made a certain way. Well, at Fiocco di Neve, it's PERFECT!! You deserve this review 😊

28/04/2026: We went to eat at Caminetto when all the other bars were closed for the low season. We had two sandwiches, a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate. The sandwiches were generously filled, and the hot chocolate was creamy and dense, probably the best in Sestriere. All at a great price, considering the bar is located in the center.
The owner is very kind and friendly. He even brought water for our dog.

The burgers are made with quality ingredients, and the beers are standard; I would have liked to see some locally brewed beers on the menu.
Price: very high; a classic burger, fries, and medium beer cost around €30 per person.
