03/10/2025: I'm a bit perplexed. A truly beautiful location, nothing to add, just lots of compliments. But the Michelin star, combined with such a location, raises expectations. The 7-course tasting menu costs €110 per person, rising to €135 with wine pairings. The wines are truly excellent; it's clear there's been a lot of thought put into pairing them with the dishes. But what's perplexing are the dishes themselves: the dishes were bland, and there was absolutely no salt, and I don't understand how a restaurant like this could have such a lack. It seems, however, that this is precisely the chef's philosophy: using about 35% less salt in the dishes, using special cooking techniques to extract the salt directly from the vegetables. I think this information should be written on the menu, otherwise diners will be left feeling confused. Another thing that's a bit surprising is the price of the cheese platter: a trolley full of very interesting cheeses with the option to try them all. Too bad this was reflected in the final bill, an extra €90, €30 per platter (even though we ordered two). However, the standout dish is the egg with pecorino foam and a comfit cherry tomato base. So, that leaves a big question mark; the philosophy is nice, even just the fact that you never eat the same thing again, but honestly, it doesn't make me want to say "I'd go back."

24/09/2025: For our 50th wedding anniversary, our children gave us a dinner at the Dolce Stil Novo restaurant at the Reggia di Venaria Reale. It was a wonderful experience. We received the utmost attention from all the staff, including Chef Alfredo Russo, who came to welcome us. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, from the aperitif to the final digestif. Saturday night I celebrated my 60th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience with music, food, and entertainment with the wonderful Valentina, the host and owner of the venue. 5 stars for everything and a big hug to her staff.

03/10/2025: It's undoubtedly the best seafood restaurant in the entire Turin area. When I go to Gufo Nero, I know I won't be disappointed, but what amazes me most is their ability to always surprise me with perfect pairings, created specifically to enhance the flavor of the fresh fish available at that moment. Lobster, amberjack, shrimp, tuna, scallops, razor clams, cod... whatever you eat, it's always a perfect combination of sight, smell, and taste, thanks also to the excellent wine list. At Gufo Nero, you can taste the true flavor of fresh fish, the same as at the best seaside restaurants in southern Italy. Thanks to the owner, Luca, for his immense courtesy and professionalism, and for always striving for the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend it to seafood lovers, and more generally to anyone who wants to make a great impression on friends, colleagues, or clients.

19/10/2025: We loved it; the menu is fantastic. For dinner, we chose the shorter version and it was a great choice. All the dishes were delicious, with interesting, well-balanced flavors. The wine list is also excellent. It's a highly recommended place.

18/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch and chose the mini tasting menu: simply fantastic! Every dish, from the first to the last, was a true discovery of flavor and quality. The attention to presentation and the balanced flavors demonstrate the great care and passion in the kitchen. The value for money is truly exceptional—it's hard to beat. Special praise also goes to the waiter, who was extremely kind and professional, and who expertly explained each course to us, making the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely recommend trying it, and we'll definitely be back soon!

24/08/2025: What can I say! After a day spent getting high with an old friend of mine, we descended the mass from the Pis guide and ran like elves to the snowflake! I had a two-flavor cone of mango and black mulberry; there was more fruit in that ice cream than the fruit itself! Incredible experience for the palate, rating 5/5

17/08/2025: I visited the Fiocco di Neve ice cream shop in Almese and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise! I tried the Nutella flavor, which truly had the authentic flavor of the spreadable cream, intense and creamy, and the pistachio, which in my opinion is one of the best in the Susa Valley: balanced, not too sweet, and with a full, natural flavor. A welcoming place and friendly staff, definitely a stop I recommend for anyone who loves quality artisanal ice cream.

Excellent, locally sourced food, in a relaxing atmosphere with truly enjoyable music. 24/09/2025: The quality of the evening was already evident from the aromas that greeted us. The welcome and service were truly excellent, with the smiles and helpfulness of the waiters. I found all the dishes served to be delicious: garlic naan, samosas, palak, paneer, lassi, and ras malai (dessert). Man, the cardamom is so good! I'll definitely be back.
