The sandwiches are delicious, with options for all tastes and budgets, whether you eat in or take away. They have simple options as well as more elaborate ones. The service is super fast. Highly recommended if you're in the La Mole area and want a tasty bite without wasting time.

Two days. Same place. Zero regrets.
Academia Dej Panini completely won us over! The Stracetti di Pollo, Porchetta di Ariccia, and Arrosto con Noci are next level—crispy, juicy, and dangerously good.
Let’s just say… we didn’t chew, we inhaled 😄

The sandwiches served are spectacular, crispy and reasonably priced. The owners are truly kind and friendly, and the menu is spoiled for choice. As soon as we return to Turin, we will definitely come back for another one of these delicious sandwiches.

Exceptional place! The panini and tramezzini were very generous and excellent, made with fresh and flavorful ingredients.
