Passing by, we stopped in based on the reviews, and we were very lucky! The atmosphere was welcoming and quiet, the staff professional and courteous. The food was excellent. Local cuisine, with a focus on fresh produce, mushrooms, and wild mountain herbs. The ajucca soup is fantastic! The snails are also excellent. The menu caters to all tastes; even non-meat eaters will find something to suit their tastes! Trust the manager about the wine. Highly recommended!

Saturday... it's a beautiful day, we feel like taking a stroll, and we decide to visit this place, which we'd noted through word of mouth. Excellent decision!!! Easy to get to, because after exiting the highway, you look for a parking spot and then walk a few steps to the place. Simple, welcoming, clean, with wooden tables and chairs, a nice menu with several options to choose from, and you're spoiled for choice given the offerings. We decide on a "Miassa Pop," a rooster, a platter of five appetizers and a roast plin, desserts, and coffee (a moka pot... just like at home :-)). Talk about portions! No one leaves the table hungry, impossible. The portions are generous, but what matters most is the truly high quality and well-prepared ingredients, something we're delighted to find mentioned in the menu, which highlights the suppliers—a rare treat. All the dishes were excellent, and I already know we'll be back to try other specialties. When you enjoy a place, it's only right to highlight and point it out. Thanks to Tiziana, who so kindly answered all our questions, but a special shout-out to Gabriele, who, seeing our curiosity, suggested three special pairings, opening bottles from truly interesting producers. The expertise, but above all, the passion for the material, that shines through when describing the dishes, is an added value that cannot fail to be appreciated. Let him advise you; you'll surely drink well and never dull. It was a very pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Simple yet sophisticated, a bit like the cuisine... A reinterpretation of local Piedmontese dishes, giving them a new spirit. Excellent advice on choosing the right wine. The service was attentive and friendly, unobtrusive and at times even humorous, a warm welcome for the customers. The price was fair for what we ate, and we left feeling full and satisfied. A round of applause, of course, to the entire kitchen team. We'll be back.

A restaurant in the town center with attention to detail, a carefully curated menu featuring dishes for every palate, including well-balanced and refined meat, fish, and vegetable dishes. Stopped by chance on our way to Aosta, and sometimes you're in for a treat. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and passionate. The price was right. I recommend it to everyone!
