A wonderful surprise! We stopped almost by chance on a hot August day at this small restaurant in the historic center of Quincinetto, nestled between two ancient churches... the welcome was perfect, kind and professional. We preferred the outdoor terrace to enjoy the view of the baroque church, the ancient bell tower, and the mountains in the background, but the interior was also very charming. The menu features dishes combining traditional Piedmontese cuisine with original innovation. The idea of ​​bringing us an amuse bouche to shorten the wait was a nice touch! The artisanal Piedmontese breadsticks were very popular. Excellent wine selection (it's also a wine bar!). We'll be back.
