A good restaurant/hotel for ceremonies, but I'd almost say it's unsuitable for the town it's in. Refined food, charming location.

Fantastic experience. I organized my son's first communion and all the guests complimented me. The owner was very kind, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and the attention to detail was top notch.

We have a house in Traversella, and whenever we want an excellent meal, we come here. Excellent menu, very local, and quality wines. Good value, highly recommended!

"Miniere" has established itself as one of the finest interpreters of traditional Canavese cuisine, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. The reinterpretation of some recipes, particularly notable in the appetizers (which I highly recommend), introduces the element of surprise that makes the menu interesting as well as delicious. The seasonal menus are always interesting.
The location is a bit out of the way, but delightful both winter and summer. The prices are above average, as are the quality of the dishes presented, making them a good value. The wine list is not overwhelming, but well-curated. Homemade desserts include the puff pastry case with zabaglione cream and berries.
