I spent a wonderful day, ate very well, friendly waiters, excellent food and a view of the valley, a perfect Easter. I will definitely return to Eat. It's definitely worth it.

We were at the Albergo Miniere for Christmas lunch and we had the opportunity to appreciate the quality of the cuisine, all the dishes met the tastes of the diners and the value for money was remarkable (€53 including drinks). Despite the amount of people to be served in the different rooms, the service was attentive, fast and informal.
The room where we had lunch on the ground floor had its own kitchen. Recommended, keep it up!

We only had lunch with friends, the cuisine is excellent and the service is accurate, the prices are quite in line with the lower ones 😊

We haven't tried the restaurant yet although we have already been there twice and the menu is very inviting. As a hotel it is very comfortable, we slept in a recently renovated room, with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom and beautiful real wood furniture, balcony with a beautiful view of the valley (the previous time window on the pretty little square of the town). Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very varied, both sweet, with excellent cakes and croissants, and savory (locally produced cheeses and cured meats!). Fair price compared to quality.

Abbiamo organizzato una cena di gruppo presso questo ristorante. Grande tavolata, menù fisso. Il locale è molto grande, quindi si presta bene a questo tipo di eventi. Ottimo servizio, lo staff è riuscito a gestire senza problemi il grande numero di commensali, in modo molto professionale. Il menù concordato (al costo di 40€ per persona) comprendeva antipasti, due primi, secondo, contorno e dolce oltre che vini a volontà, amari e possibilità di bis per i piatti particolarmente apprezzati. Tra gli antipasti ho gradito particolarmente il vitello tonnato ed i cardi. Molto buono il risotto allo zabaione. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato, sopratutto per passare una bella serata con amici.

Conosciuto da sempre, ero già stato altre volte, mancavo però da una decina di anni.
Un locale caratteristico in verticale con una balconata con vista sulla Chiesa e sulla valle. Sientra dalla piazza centrale del paese, ma il giardino dell'hotel si trova 3 piani più basso.
Buona cucina come me la ricordavo, ho mangiato i funghi crudi in insalata e una selezione di formaggi squisita.
Tutti i commensali sono rimasti soddisfatti, con sperimentazioni varie di piatti.
Buona lista dei vini.

Gran locale anche per cerimonie, ma che riesce ad essere raccolto. Ottimo menù, ben costruito, con formule interessanti. Vino selezionato a prezzi competitivi. Piatti cucinati molto bene, porzioni abbondanti. Da anni una certezza!
