Finally a pasta restaurant with a serious choice. I recommend. So much so that we are returning there this evening, Wednesday, for the special evening "à la Romana"... for even more sublime experience. BRAVO the “Maccheriana’s”. Souvenirs to bring back to Australia. THANKS.

La Maccherìa is a very welcoming place, the environment is pleasant. The fresh pasta is made by them and goes very well with the sauces, creating a perfect combination. The dining room staff is friendly, fast and very professional. A special thank you goes to Angela who served us with enthusiasm and rare kindness.

Excellent address! The welcome is warm, the decor is very tasteful and combines retro and modernity. We love. As for the concept, it is very very nice; We eat homemade pasta that you can even buy by weight when you leave!
Everything was good. Very nice also the possibility of choosing a more hearty dish for a few extra euros. Truly an excellent experience to be repeated without a doubt!!

Pleasant and welcoming, the Maccheria welcomes you with its pasta-shaped lamps (the tagliatelle lamp is the one I like best!) and a kind and dynamic staff. Tasty and excellent quality dishes. The pasta is simply divine! Highly recommended.

Unico ristorante aperto la sera del Primo dell'anno a Cuneo. Siamo stati fortunati, perché abbiamo tutti mangiato della pasta ottima. Rigorosamente fatta a mano. Per i secondi la scelta è minima. D'altronde il posto è la Regina della pasta in vari gusti. Alcuni amici hanno preso due primi. Tutto buonissimi. Personale al femminile carinissimo.

Esperienza fantastica in questo ristorante/ laboratorio di pasta fresca. Ambiente elegante ma allo stesso tempo informale. Accompagnati dal simpatico e professionale Antonio, abbiamo iniziato la nostra degustazione con un piatto di bruschette miste ( dalla classica a quella con tartufo) , poi la regina : la pasta! Agnolotti - Ravioli - Tortellini: tutto eccellente . Ottimi anche i dolci , la sorpresa è stato il conto : per qualità dei prodotti, servizio e location è stato ottimo! Ho acquistato dei prodotti ( gnoccoloni e ravioli) da cucinare a casa .
