An excellent place for lunch or dinner. The prices are quite reasonable, and the food is exquisite. The fried tripe is an incredible discovery, as is the breaded and cooked liver. Don't hesitate, go for it!

Book well in advance because it's always busy. What else can I say? Delicious food, excellent service, the only downside: we dined at the counter because the place was so booked. I would go back and will go again if I pass through Cuneo. Highly recommended.

13/04/2026: Very nice dinner. Great seasonal dishes, outstanding wine choice, friendly service. Loved the lamb chops. A bit quiet, but I believe it due to low season.
