Pizzeria il basilico In Saluzzo

Pizzeria and restaurant in the center of Saluzzo, new, with windows. I'm celiac, so I chose it because it's certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). The pizza was good, even mine was gluten-free. They're quick, and they have a variety of doughs, including ketogenic. I've never had this kind of service before. They're so good, they make everyone happy. Very friendly and helpful staff. For those who don't want pizza, as it's a restaurant, there are other options, including fish.

The Margherita pizza is delicious and light. The first courses and appetizers are delicious. The staff is friendly and professional.

We had lunch at this restaurant twice in one week. Both times, we chose the €14.00 lunch menu, which included a first course, a second course, a side dish, half a liter of water, and a coffee. The portions were generous and tasty. The staff was very friendly, and the wait was short. Recommended!

I went there to eat pizza with friends. The staff was super friendly, Mr. Carmelo (waiter), and the blonde waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know (I wish I knew) was very kind and attentive... we'll definitely be back. P.S. The owner is a wonderful person who even gave me a Sicilian gift that was greatly appreciated. Pizza? So good!
