Even when it's hot, the dining room overlooks the Babaresco vineyards, offering a magical spectacle with its sunset over the mountains. The food is very good.

We went to the "Barbaresco at the Table" evening. The wine was the star, but the food complemented everything beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly, including the chef, who came out to greet everyone at the table.
A super enjoyable evening, I hope to return for the à la carte menu.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food and a great wine and grappa selection. The place has big panoramic windows overlooking the valley and hillsides so the view is spectacular. Dishes can be topped off, if you so wish, with fresh truffle slices. I recommend for a wonderful dinner in the Borgo!

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise, chosen somewhat by chance since we were just passing through. We had lunch on the charming (indoor) terrace with a splendid view of the valley. The traditional cuisine (tartare di carne con tartufo and ravioli del plin) was truly tasty and high-quality. The service was attentive and meticulous (a small savory entrée and a small pastry with coffee were offered). The prices were reasonable for the service; we felt pampered. Highly recommended.

A simply perfect evening. This restaurant is a little gem nestled in a dream location: the view at sunset is breathtaking, with warm colors enveloping everything and creating an intimate and magical atmosphere.
The dishes are an experience in themselves: meticulously crafted, original, and rich in authentic flavors. Each course is surprising, both for the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the kitchen. The wine was on par with everything else: excellent, well-recommended, and perfectly paired with the dishes.
It's the ideal place for a romantic dinner, one that stays in your heart. An unforgettable experience, which I recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a special evening with their loved one.
