22/02/2026: I've been there a couple of times for lunch during the week. On weekdays, they offer a good fixed-price lunch menu for €15, which includes a first course, second course with side dish, dessert, water, wine, and coffee. The place was packed, and many tables had to make a double-take. Friendly staff and prompt service. I tried lasagna with seafood ragù, baked pork ribs, tongue with greens, and an excellent chocolate square.

27/03/2026: I've eaten many kebab pizzas in Alessandria, but theirs is absolutely unmatched: light and well-cooked, very filling. It's become my weekly pizza hangout.

SERVICE, 10 (friendly, friendly, and fast, but only if you're in a hurry! All dishes can also be ordered for takeout!) 08/03/2026: We went here for a family lunch and were impressed in every way. The quality of the food was truly excellent and, importantly, the value for money was excellent. But what really made the difference was the welcome: the staff was incredibly kind and polite, demonstrating extraordinary patience. Even though we had two very agitated children with us who created quite a bit of chaos, the staff remained courteous and smiling the entire time, making us feel completely at ease. A heartfelt thank you for the wonderful hospitality; we'll definitely be back soon!

11/03/2026: We arrived at Bar Casale late at night, just as the place was about to close. We were finishing a game of pool, and the bartender, Mattia, who works there, was incredibly kind: instead of sending us away, he waited until we were done, with great availability and courtesy. A simple gesture that speaks volumes about the attention they pay to their customers. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a lot of friendliness. If you're passing through Sant'Ermete, stop by: places like this are truly worth a visit! 🎱🍻

24/12/2025: A restaurant where they forget to serve water, and someone even jokes: "Thank goodness I didn't charge you!" When it's time to pay the bill, I'm met with a question from someone who even insists on paying the bill the Roman way. It seems a bit excessive, considering I haven't even had a beer. I asked the bartender if I could have a Bloody Mary, and he said no, that it wasn't possible to have a drink other than what was on the menu. The only pleasure of the evening was the company of friends. OSS: From his response, you can tell what kind of person he is: rude and ill-mannered. SECOND, the water wasn't brought immediately as you say, and like me, the other guests also had to ask for it when they were leaving, that is, when we were leaving. THIRD, as you wrote that I ruined the party for the others, it's absolutely not true, and I politely tell you that this is the first time I've ever gone out with them, so there's never been an incident like this where someone could have ruined the evening for others, as you've made up in your imaginative head! FOURTH, I see no reason to pay for things I didn't order, eat, or drink. May you have common sense and good manners, and may the truth prevail.

04/04/2026: Excellent pizza, friendly and very courteous staff, fair prices, top-quality pizza toppings, various types of dough and rolling to meet all customer preferences. In short: a real pizza and pizzeria worthy of its name. Go there.

24/01/2026: The pizza was good, as was the hazelnut cake. The place was clean and nice. But... so cold!!! The dining room was very cold, even though the stove in the middle of the room was on.
