At the end of the meal he will get out of his kitchen and make a round of the tables and you’ll have a chance to learn more about the history and flavors of the food he prepares as well as learn more about him and his family. The dishes are incredibly flavorful, and at the same time none of the flavors is overwhelming. A perfect balance of ingredients that harmonize together just like musicians in an orchestra!

24/02/2024: Ospiti nella depadance del ristorante, siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza dello staff. Posto semplice e pulito, dove i piatti della tradizione la fanno da regina. I sapori sono quelli dei pranzi della domenica, gustosi e genuini. Tutto delizioso, dall’antipasto al dolce, e sorpresa finale, un conto decisamente onesto!

12/03/2024: Fantastic restaurant for those who love true Piedmontese cuisine and culture, simple and with a family atmosphere. I had dinner with agnolotti with brown bottom. Spectacular! Veal cheek with polenta cooked at low temperature. To fly away! The ladies who serve are very kind, authentic Piedmontese, they contribute to creating an authentic Savoy atmosphere. Try it!

24/02/2024: Il locale vale il viaggio fino a Chiapparolo 5 minuti da Arquata Scrivia ,una bella "osteria" una simpatica e professionale accoglienza, due sale ben arredate con volte di mattoni,elegante mise en place, un menù chiaro di territorio con qualche esteriorità ,con portate ben curate e cucinate.intrigante la mortadella al tartufo, soavi e delicati i gnocchi al baccalà,varia scelta di dessert.ho provato un ottimo vino Lagnasco e finito con un raro Whisky.prezzi in linea con i prodotti offerti.

04/08/2023: Really well set up place, full of lights and pretty details... very romantic for a dinner for 2 but spacious for families. A glass separates the room from the embers allowing you to see it without taking in the smell of smoke. The liquorice digestive is excellent

07/05/2024: Castello di Razzano is a great place to switch off and relax. The attached restaurant is excellent and not overpriced. An ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet. Very nice owner-managed hotel.

Everything was fine, very professional staff and a great place I just suggest putting up more signs because we struggled to find it
