21/03/2026: A lovely restaurant on the foothills of Monferrato, with a splendid view of the Po River, the plains, and the Alps. We enjoyed delicious appetizers and first courses, and a special compliment went to the tagliolini with borage pesto. Excellent selection of homemade desserts. The owner was very kind, the portions were perfect, and the prices were more than fair. We'll gladly return as soon as we can.

07/03/2026: I don't eat Piacenza lard, here it's very delicate, polished!!.. The girls are truly genuinely friendly, they deserve to keep this place going, which is simple, but in every sense: food, friendliness, wine.. fair prices, delicious agnolotti and desserts too!

06/04/2026: Easter lunch 2026. We'd been to this agriturismo several times many years ago, and we remembered the quality being decent. Things have obviously changed, for the worse. The only things that were still good were the agnolotti and the kid. I'll stop here because I don't want to be too harsh.

01/04/2026: A charming madam serves us. Apparently, her husband does the cooking in the kitchen. The madam doesn't speak English, but she asked a young couple nearby to translate for us, and they did their best to communicate with us. When we ordered the local fritto misto, we were surprised to find fried brains, hearts, and livers among the items. We wouldn't have known what they were without the interpreter. At the end, the madam asked us, "How did you find this restaurant?" and when we replied, "Google Maps," she looked confused. Our interaction with the madam made our time at this restaurant very memorable.

10/04/2026: Super friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere. Excellent and exciting menu options, not just different pizzas but gnocchi, pasta, tartare and many other great dishes too. Reservation recommended. The saffron pizza was a dream, never had anything like this. Neapoletanean style fluffy delicious, intense dough. Fair prices, 100% recommend.

23/03/2026: A charming inn nestled in the Piedmont hills. We ate a couple of pizzas, but we were amazed by the quality of the dough and the excellence of the ingredients. Recommended. We'll be back.

14/02/2026: Today, Valentine's Day, we managed to come to La Bussola. We've already enjoyed all the good things it has to offer in a summer experience... but today we had the same emotions... the fish salad is highly recommended... and then the ultimate... spaghetti with shrimp and pistachios... sublime. Excellent pastiera and babà. Thanks to Sindy, friendly and professional at the same time. I recommend it to everyone.

30/03/2026: Family-run trattoria with reasonable prices. Varied menu, mostly meat and seasonal, with themed days (Bagna Cauda on Mondays, Paella on Thursdays, and Snails and Frogs on Fridays). Fried fish is also on the menu. Recommended for those looking for a simple trattoria with good food at fair prices. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended...you can't go wrong.

The menu also offers a nice variety of pizzas and dishes, all very inviting. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service was fast and well-organized. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. The prices are more than fair for what they offer. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat really good pizza in a pleasant atmosphere!

12/04/2026: We ate here twice in 5 days it was so good. Lovely, comfortable atmosphere, solid wines by the glass priced very reasonably for the size. Will return next time we're in Acqui Terme!
