25/03/2026: Birthday dinner, a truly unique venue, very beautiful, just like an old monastery, with meticulously maintained interiors. Special praise for the quality of the offerings; every dish I tasted was paired and cooked to perfection. I have to rate the service in two ways: the "main" waiters, those who took the menu and wine orders, I found somewhat aloof and rushed, while the two "service" waiters, those who brought the bread and condiments and cleared the table, were attentive and helpful. In any case, I'd say the quality/price ratio was fair.

11/03/2026: Quality food and excellent location, pay attention to the wine alcohol content, the Barbera Superiore Azienda Agricola Liedholm is 16.5%... too much for a meal... it gave me a headache.

11/11/2025: Exceeded expectations on every front. We had a junior suite, and it was as pictured, and extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - and CHEERFUL! We enjoyed visiting the museum, the wine tasting - and had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. The grounds of the castle are lovely and the views of the surrounding area are spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace. I would highly recommend this location for a special celebration/getaway.

14/03/2026: We had dinner at this agriturismo tonight. All the dishes were excellent, as was the wine, a house-produced Albarossa. The owner was very kind, we'll definitely be back. In the warmer months, the outside area must be stunning, too. Thank you and congratulations.

17/02/2026: We returned to "tra i filari" last week. Our appetizer was Fassona beef tartare with caramelized onion. I think the onion flavor partially covered the meat's flavor instead of enhancing it. The first course was spaghetti paglia e fieno with donkey sauce. The homemade pasta was excellent. We were worried the sauce would be too strong, but we trusted the owner's advice. And we were right. We loved it. The second course was roast suckling pig with fondue and apples. In this case, the fondue and apples paired well with the meat, but I found the cut of meat to be a bit dry. Dessert: vanilla ice cream with salted toffee. Exceptional. The portion was generous, but I would have eaten at least double. What can I say... We had a wonderful time again. The owner was courteous and helpful. An experience to repeat.

07/03/2026: I'll go on Sunday, Women's Day, for a mixed fry and then I'll be able to give a precise opinion, but the place seems okay. For now, a provisional 4-star.

01/02/2026: I went to a business lunch yesterday, everything was delicious including the wine, generous portions, worth repeating.

06/04/2026: Easter lunch 2026. We'd been to this agriturismo several times many years ago, and we remembered the quality being decent. Things have obviously changed, for the worse. The only things that were still good were the agnolotti and the kid. I'll stop here because I don't want to be too harsh.

12/04/2026: We ate here twice in 5 days it was so good. Lovely, comfortable atmosphere, solid wines by the glass priced very reasonably for the size. Will return next time we're in Acqui Terme!

02/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients was very high. Personally, I didn't particularly appreciate the tartare; the meat was very good, but the capers overpowered the flavor. The homemade pasta was excellent, but the cavolo nero and anchovy sauce made it dry and flavorless; the anchovy was barely noticeable. Excellent service. Fair price.

22/02/2026: The restaurant overlooks a picturesque square that immediately takes you back to times gone by. The dishes are carefully prepared, the food is truly delicious, as is the service.

25/03/2026: Very nice place, with kind and friendly staff. We had a quiet dinner for four. Prices were reasonable, and the dishes were mouth-watering. I recommend it for a good, quiet dinner.
