Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can genuinely feel the passion and creativity behind the cuisine, with a perfect balance between tradition and refinement. What makes the experience even more special is the people. The chef and the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making you feel at home while enjoying a Michelin-level experience. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of my time in the region. I highly recommend Ristorante Enoteca La Curia to anyone looking for exceptional food, a beautiful atmosphere, and a truly authentic dining experience.

Amazing! A great spot in Aqui terme. The food was the best we had in the Piemonte area. The staff were so nice and helpful with smiles on their faces. Big wine selection. I loved the fondue appetizer, the risotto with asparagus and hubby loved his braised meat. The deserts were delicious. I will definitely be back! Make sure to make a reservation 🥰

Today, December 6, 2025 A light but delicious lunch with a tasting menu: Russian and knife-cut meat (excellent), truly superb ravioli with butter and sage, fondue with truffles and more, excellent wine, and very courteous staff.
