25/03/2024: I don't usually give negative reviews, because at most I don't go anymore. But after yet another rude treatment from the owners (especially the lady), it seemed right to leave a review. I often get take-away farinata, because it's very good, but every time I receive a treatment that is not normal for those who work in the restaurant industry. Not only do they not even greet you when you enter, but yesterday the lady responded to me rudely and angrily just because I asked a question. Luckily the farinata is good... but they make you stop cravings.

14/03/2024: Viviamo in un paese meraviglioso e La Curia ne è la prova, ho trascorso una serata meravigliosa in questo intimo ristorante iniziando con antipasto di macinato con sapori e “formaggio slurp” per poi buttarmi su Fassona con patata dolce e una pioggia di tartufo (e che ve lo dico a fare), dolce a base di torrone realizzato da un ultra 90enne della zona (il migliore) e prima di uscite mi hanno servito un assaggio dei formaggi più saporiti a cui do un 11 e lode 👍🏼, vini tel territorio compreso un passito tra i migliori da me assaggiati e in tutto questo aggiungiamo il proprietario Massimo che mi spiega quel che sto mangiando e bevendo…un’esperienza!

Sapete, quando si dice" voglio una vita piena di prime volte " . Se volete questo dovete assolutamente conoscere Max. Questa anima la riconcereste fra cento. Ve lo assicuro! È portavoce della passione, dell' accoglienza, della dedizione. Dei sensi. Max è luogo di esperienza, di dialogo, di riconoscimento e di condivisione. Mescola il vino ed il cibo con gli altri sensi. Lui non ti porta un semplice piatto, lui si siede a tavola con te. Si occupa dei tuoi desideri per il tempo che tu desideri. Finestre abbassate, portoni chiusi, tovaglie Bianche. Una candela, il silenzio scandito dal suono di una tromba. Quasi ci si domanda: "starà aspettando qualcuno? " Credo di sì. "Ospiti di cui non ci si debba accontentare" ( bella citazione!) Ancora una volta grazie.

I really appreciated the friendliness, the restaurant is suitable for a relaxing dinner, I don't recommend it to those who want to eat in a hurry, but for me this is an advantage and not a flaw when I decide to dine in an elegant and refined place I leave the rush outside the door. The pleasure of food must be enjoyed with the right slowness and tranquility, it is a pleasure, not an obligation. Coming to the cuisine, the dishes are well presented and cared for, the quality is excellent, a restaurant where you can taste the specialty things of classic Piedmontese cuisine (agnolotti, shaved, roasts, I personally recommend the rabbit and the agnolotti, the desserts are also excellent, I couldn't to taste the cheeses, but the trolley was mouth watering. I highly recommend it for a dinner for two with the right company
