There was a small hiccup on Saturday night (things that can happen in any restaurant), but the staff was incredibly polite: even though we didn't want to, they insisted on offering us dinner. It's not often you find people so honest and attentive to the people at their table. That's exactly why we keep coming back!

23/02/2026: Soleluna's pizza is a pizza from another era. When you eat it, you can taste the benefits of the long leavening process, the top-quality flours, and Cristian's impeccable handcrafting. These are all aspects that allow you to taste how crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the pizza is. The top-quality ingredients do the rest. I personally had a pizza with spicy salami and gorgonzola (I know... it's not a protected category... but it passed the test with flying colors). The pizza is so good! Excellent beers accompany it, and homemade desserts like meringue, cheesecake, panna cotta, and traditional cakes complete the picture. That's not all: the service is punctual, attentive but never intrusive; Tushal knows how to be discreet and genuinely helpful. The enthusiasm and professionalism of Maria, who welcomed us upon arrival, only makes our return even closer. I can't wait to eat some real pizza again! Thanks to all the staff. See you soon! 14/02/2026: Today, Valentine's Day, we managed to come to La Bussola. We've already enjoyed all the good things it has to offer in a summer experience... but today we had the same emotions... the fish salad is highly recommended... and then the ultimate... spaghetti with shrimp and pistachios... sublime. Excellent pastiera and babà. Thanks to Sindy, friendly and professional at the same time. I recommend it to everyone.

11/04/2026: As enthusiastic the first time as I was the second, so disappointed I deleted my first review. There were three of us, we ordered two fried dishes and a grilled dish, and they suggested, obviously for the sake of the kitchen, a mixed dish on a tray for everyone. We accepted. A tray arrived that was difficult to place on a table for four; it was placed outside on a stand, but the person sitting across from us had to get up to serve themselves. There was decidedly little fried food, a few small grilled pieces that didn't even seem to be made for that purpose. The flavor was average, nothing memorable. A carafe of house white wine, a dessert, and a small focaccia on the table as if it were bread. Three coffees. 43 euros each. That shared dish cost significantly more than the individual dishes, perhaps almost double, but we didn't eat two dishes, but rather one, which represented a compromise for everyone. Service? An irony to be understood, not for everyone. We all left dissatisfied.

14/11/2025: I went for the first time a few nights ago. The pizzas were fabulous, extraordinary, and large. I had the one with mortadella and mozzarella, which was delicious. The pizzas are also suitable for celiacs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
