07/06/2026: Good gluten-free pizza. Excellent ingredients. Very thin in the center, so much so that it had a hole in it... but still very good.

30/05/2026: We arrived without a reservation and with only an hour to catch our train. They welcomed us with extreme hospitality and made us truly delicious pizzas on the spot, which we ate on the lovely outdoor terrace. The waitresses were very kind and very knowledgeable. We'll be back every time we pass by.

04/05/2026: Aperitivo at Boccadoro. We know the place but didn't know this option existed, so since we were in town for a party, we went to say hello at 6 pm. Since it was a lovely evening, we sat down and ordered a bottle. Along with the bottle, we ordered a charcuterie board (excellent, especially the cooked salami), then Russian salad arrived, and the chef came to pick some sage, which ended up first in the pan and then on our plates—an infinite delight. Fried artichokes, bruschetta, a taste of risotto, and basil sorbet. Meanwhile, the bottles had increased to 3 (there were 8 of us). Don't call it an apericena because there's no such thing as an apericena! Let's call it Venetian style: Aperitivo with cicchetti. We'll be back, we will!

04/05/2026: Friday, May 1st, with friends, the place was packed inside and out (in the beautiful garden). From the vitello tonnato to the truly excellent plin, to the "moving" pork ribs. Special mention for the fried artichokes and the crostata. The friendly and attentive service, despite the crowds, is the real added value.

13/05/2026: Excellent food and great hospitality. Everyone is very kind and helpful, you feel right at home. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the sushi is on par with many AYCE restaurants in Genoa or that I've tried.

19/05/2026: If you already feel a bit uneasy on the way there... then you're on the right track. Nestled amidst lush greenery, after countless bends in the road, you'll arrive at this restaurant, where even the approach and parking are a little adventure. The owner sits outside on a small terrace with a glass of white wine in hand, greets you warmly, chats, and raves about his paradise. Inside, the conversation continues (he also speaks excellent French), and then the culinary experience begins: all locally sourced ingredients, homemade, and dishes you won't find anywhere else. There's no menu – the owner explains each course and leaves the choice up to you. This time, there was a seven-course meal, all simply prepared, no fuss, nothing exotic – but conjured up and presented with effortless ease. The owner (who is also the chef and waiter) does everything with love, and you can feel it from arrival to departure. We've been there three times now. It's a must-visit if you're in the area. The reservation via Google/Quandoo worked perfectly. Hopefully, this master will remain active in his paradise for a long time to come!

Overall, this is a restaurant that strikes a balance between hospitality and cuisine, leaving a decidedly positive impression.

03/05/2026: In the heart of Casale lies this historic, traditional inn. My partner and I started with a caramelized onion tarte tatin and veal with tuna sauce, both excellent. I then ordered the purple potato gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, which were very good, while my partner had the tajarin with Bra sausage, which was also very good. Very professional and friendly service. Recommended!

18/04/2026: The staff is young, friendly, yet professional. The food is good. The place is welcoming and comfortable, clean, with old-fashioned farm tools hanging on the walls. Doilies are everywhere—on the tables, on the furniture, on the lamps, and sometimes even on the plates. There's phone service, which isn't a given given the location. The price is reasonable for the quality. If I have any criticisms, it's definitely not the trattoria. The road to get there is a bit rough. You have to climb some stairs to enter the trattoria (uncomfortable for those with mobility issues). It's worth it!

28/05/2026: I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The country atmosphere is authentic and relaxing, and the dishes are typically Italian and carefully prepared. The food is truly delicious, and the prices are more than fair for the quality. It's one of those places I always want to return to.

10/04/2026: Hotel Belvedere We stayed from April 7th to 10th on a half-board basis. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms, and very clean. The location is very quiet, with on-site parking. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, using high-quality ingredients and very professionally prepared. This is not to mention the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Piera, and her two sons who help run the family-run hotel and restaurant. There were eight of us, and we felt welcomed, pampered, and even treated to a treat at the end of each meal. Definitely recommended.

09/04/2026: Family-run hotel and restaurant with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent cuisine, and super-friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

19/05/2026: While the pinsa were excellent, with excellent dough and toppings, perfectly cooked, and a variety of flavors to satisfy every guest, the fundamental problem was that service was impossible due to the excessive number of people in the room compared to its actual capacity. In practice, people were jammed together so tightly that they couldn't move their chairs either side or backward. If necessary, it would have been impossible to leave their positions (Crans Montana taught us nothing).
