Every time I pass through Tortona, stopping at this restaurant is a must! Authentic Piedmontese cuisine, authentic flavors, and a fantastic welcome. It's now my regular stop and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients was very high. Personally, I didn't particularly appreciate the tartare; the meat was very good, but the capers overpowered the flavor. The homemade pasta was excellent, but the cavolo nero and anchovy sauce made it dry and flavorless; the anchovy was barely noticeable.
Excellent service.
Fair price.
22/02/2026: The restaurant overlooks a picturesque square that immediately takes you back to times gone by. The dishes are carefully prepared, the food is truly delicious, as is the service.

During the warmer months, you can dine in their courtyard, a pleasant escape from reality in that quiet corner of Monferrato.

12/04/2026: I've been to Locanda Rossignoli several times. The food has always been good. Last night, passing through Casale, I was lucky to find a table, having not booked. The staff and the owner are always friendly. The young people are very kind! The food is always good. The hazelnut cake, served warm, was the first time I'd eaten it, and it was a perfect sweet ending to the dinner. Well done, see you next time. Maurizio

08/06/2025: Delicious wine shop that offers a variety of excellent wines, not to mention the fantastic Gin Aroma of its own production. You can't miss stopping by if you are passing through Tortona. Furthermore, the food proposals are excellent and of the highest quality. I will always and only return there when I happen to be in those parts again.

Moreover, Olivola is a charming little town and beautifully situated.

Traditional cuisine with an innovative twist. Excellent wines. Music and karaoke that engages the entire dining room without ever disturbing. A traditional restaurant with a unique twist. We'll definitely be back!
