25/02/2024: I was invited to this Trattoria pizzeria on the occasion of my birthday where the goodness of the product is superlative added with the friendliness of the owner and the extreme courtesy of the dining room staff.
I had a great time savoring the delicious fish first and second courses accompanied by a bottle of red.
I recommend it to anyone who is in Valenza not to miss the opportunity to go there and taste the excellent dishes from the first courses to the pizza, all delicious.

We went to the Principe restaurant for a business lunch and had a great time. The service is very attentive, precise and precise, the restaurant is very spacious and allows you to have lunch or dinner whilst chatting calmly, the food is traditional local cuisine which is very well looked after and very appetising. I highly recommend trying this restaurant
12/03/2024: Amazing...I speak as an occasional customer for a coffee..(there is a bank attached)...but the coffee is very good, the people behind the counter are ALL very kind and polite.. I can say that it really is a bar which differs from many... obviously in a positive way...

28/03/2024: I worked in Valenza for a few days and I must say that at lunch the food is very good, the owner is very friendly. A piece of advice, it's better to go by 12.30 pm (or better to book) otherwise it will be difficult to find a place. Very good quality/price ratio, recommended!

Servizio gentile e attento.
Menù piemontese classico.
Piatti ben fatti, porzioni corrette.
Antipasti, battuto di fassona molto delicato, peperoni in bagna cauda molto buoni.
Primi, agnolotti al sugo di arrosto, molto buoni, gnocchi al castel magno speciali.
Grignolino ottimo. Conto giusto.
Nel complesso una buona esperienza, da consigliare.
09/09/2023: Mangiato proprio bene: un’ottima battuta di fassona, agnolotti molto buoni, tagliata di fassona, bunet, una bottiglia di barbera superiore, acqua e caffè.
Il prezzo? Non lo so, il mio amico me lo doveva 😄 ma credo sia stato nella norma, credo tra i 40 e 50€ pro capite, senz’altro un ottimo rapporto per la qualità, prezzo, porzione e con un’ottima focaccia di accompagnamento.
Poi nella città della gioielleria di alta classe…e invece, da consigliare e ritornarci
