02/05/2026: I've been to Old Wild West and had a positive experience.
I had a mixed grill served directly to the table along with a burger, and I have to say it was all well-made. The meat was good, well-cooked, and served hot, which isn't always a given when it comes to mixed grills. The burger also impressed me: tasty, balanced, and made with fresh ingredients.
The portions were just right, not overly large but not too small either. Fast service and helpful staff, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, without being overly pretentious.
Overall, it's a classic, safe-for-all: you eat well, pay the right price, and you won't be disappointed.

12/02/2026: Strangely, there's no friendliness or customer service here: you're just the number on your order. At 3:30 PM, there are few customers, but they still managed to mess up the takeout order: the macchiato became an espresso, with sugar but no spoon; the Happy Meal didn't include the carrots you ordered, but fries; the croissant was placed in a paper bag, without even a napkin... And if you say hello, no one answers! Never again.

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...
21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers....
Oh, I forgot, the place was empty!
I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea.
Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

03/05/2026: My son ordered a special meal at the McDonald's drive-thru that included nuggets, but when he got home, he couldn't find them. It's not the first time something's been missing from the bag.
03/05/2026: I had the new Dubai Chocolate McFlurry, which was good the first few days and well-served.
But lately, it's been served without sauce and tasteless... It's okay that you have tiring hours and all, and I understand that, but you have to keep working until the very end, even if you earn a living.

25/03/2024: buongiorno, ieri 24 marzo siamo stati da voi per pranzare in famiglia ,ho subito sentito uno strano sapore dell'acqua ferrarelle da mezzo litro .ho fatto presente al dipendente ma non ha saputo dare risposta !!arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che l'acqua era scaduta da luglio 2023 complimenti!!!🤬toglietela dalla vendita!!!
27/01/2024: Inizio con dire che dopo una lunga attesa ci hanno fatto accomodare,
Quando hanno portato quello che avevamo ordinato era tutto sbagliato e freddo, personale confuso e disorientato e molto lento l'unica cosa veloce,quando ci siamo alzati per pagare, arrivando alla cassa il conto era già pronto.
Questa era la prima volta e anche l'ultima, non torneremo mai più
