01/07/2024: I was in Castellania Coppi on the occasion of a beautiful cycling event, La Mitica, and I must say that this small village is truly enchanting. The great heron is located in the Coppi house, in the most evocative courtyard and is truly a unique place. The welcome and the Service that to define as kind is an understatement, the food is the wine, carefully prepared and selected (the Montebore cheese and the Timorasso wine for example are absolute excellences of the territory) but at the same time simple and straightforward, local recipes made in a homemade way and proposed in a little enchanted corner. Don't miss it!

01/07/2024: We stopped for a soda and were offered coffee, meringues and tart, while platters, gnocchi and bagna cauda were served around to make you want a second lunch. A small corner of ecstasy in the cool shade of the fig tree.

02/07/2024: Fixed menu at €35 per person, drinks not included: 6 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course, dessert. All very good. Small portions, but you can ask for a generous encore. Possibility to request a completely vegetarian menu, equally good. Very friendly and helpful dining room staff. Highly recommended.

23/07/2024: Nice place, kind and friendly staff, always available but: according to my personal taste and I repeat, everyone liked the pizza which was well stuffed and tasty but that type of dough is not my favourite. Overly developed, non-crisp edge or cornice is not my favorite. I repeat, this is my personal opinion because if someone asked me, it is a place I would recommend.

10/07/2024: A welcoming place. Trained staff. It's a pleasure to be pampered. The food is fresh and innovative while remaining typical of the territory. I recommend 100%.

27/08/2024: Nice restaurant with tables also in the courtyard. We ate inside since everything was reserved. As for the food, I appreciated the quality which however does not rhyme with quantity but is fair for the price paid. I didn't appreciate the pan pizza offered, but the courgette parmigiana was good.

La sala, a forma di elle, dispone di 50 coperti, sette gli sgabelli al bancone del bar. Il figlio Patrick e il nipote John Junior alle spine, la figlia Veruscka in cucina; seguiti da Michela. Musica rock in sottofondo e i due televisori a trasmettere una partita di calcio; la cena: Birre alla spina 1 pinta: - Gordon Red Strong alc. 8,4% vol. - Guiness alc. 4,2% vol. CIABATTE: - Porco (prosciutto crudo, brie). - Patrick (prosciutto cotto, brie). Irish coffee (entrambi). Buona scelta di birre, sono stati i primi a proporre la Guiness in Alessandria; inoltre 22 cocktail. Dalla cucina 5 antipasti da 8 a 9€; 5 primi a 8€; 9 secondi da 7 a 11€, "grigliata mista di carni" a 17€; 5 contorni caldi a 5€; formaggi misti a 9€; 2 insalate a 5 e 9€; 21 ciabatte a 5€; 5 hamburger a 5€, "doppio hamburger" a 8€; 3 toast da 4 a 6€; stuzzichini a 5€; una ciotola di noccioline, patatine, olive a 1€; 4 dessert elencati a voce a 5€.
