28/02/2025: I'll make a premise: I don't live in Casale. I am a person who often visits Piedmont and has been hanging out in Monferrato for some time. This restaurant represents an alternative that respects Piedmontese tradition and hospitality. The menu changes periodically and the boys and girls are kind and nice in their approach. 02/04/2025: The tasting, A terrible experience! Probably only because we were young and they treated us with disdain. They didn't know what the package we had booked with included, even though it was a service made available by them. We had 4 other tables around who were served a platter, while we weren't even asked if we wanted it. The owner told us that 3 glasses were waiting for us with the package, and when we reached the third even though we wanted to continue tasting some, he approached us saying the following words: "I'd say we're good then", taking it for granted that we wouldn't have ordered anything else. The museum that precedes the tasting is the classic well-kept shop, but anything but a museum. Not recommended. The only positive note is the view and the tranquility of the place.

31/03/2025: I didn't stay in this splendid castle but we had dinner and I can only give it top marks. The castle is cared for down to the smallest detail, completely renovated and is a perfect destination if you want to spend a relaxing weekend surrounded by nature. The restaurant has fair prices for what you eat and the food is really very good, perfect portions. The only flaw, little choice on the menu.

24/02/2025: Contemporary pizzeria, you can choose whether pizza with a high or low edge, very good and not heavy dough, very seasoned pizza with quality ingredients. The only flaw may be that the pizza, at least the one with the thin edge, is a little small. I also had the farinata, which was also very good and the dessert was also excellent. The place is perhaps a little old and the service a little confusing but all in all an excellent pizzeria

08/02/2025: Belin!!! I'm not crazy about pizza in general, but here with a simple capricciosa I was able to enjoy an apotheosis of flavours, from artichoke to pepper, all of excellent choice and quality. I'm amazed, well done!

I want to share our experience in this beautiful restaurant in San Maurizio di Conzano, we celebrated our wedding at the Terre Rosse, the maximum availability of the owner Stefano made sure that everything came out as we had expected, excellent quality food and menu, excellent service! I recommend this restaurant to everyone and if it is for events even more so!!!

22/01/2025: Good service and friendly staff, good food for a business lunch, but the environment is for those who have experienced it. It takes you back in time, very cute vintage ornaments galore.

The quality of the ingredients, the kindness of the staff did the rest. Absolutely recommended, but with advance reservation, otherwise you risk not finding a place.

Warm, clean and comfortable environment. Great service and tasty local cuisine. The tagliolini with truffle are very good. Well-stocked wine cellar with many types and prices available. We were happy and satisfied, so much so that we returned the next evening. Advised

10/03/2025: Cena con amici sabato scorso. prima volta nel locale. Ottimo servizio preciso e veloce. Tutti concordi all uscita che siamo stati benissimo. Io ho preso battuta di fassone come gran parte del tavolo molto molto buona.Poi cè chi ha optato per un primo io invece sono andato sulla trippa con fagiolane bianche veramente cucinata bene. Dolce e due bottiglie di Barbera dei colli acqua e caffè. Prezzo nella norma. Adrenalina al ritorno per controllo alcolemico da parte di forze dell ordine ma tutto nella norma.

A note on the seats: a little too low. 😬 The fassona steak is excellent, the taiarin with fish sauce is good, the chestnut gnocchi are a little tough.
