I didn't give it 5 stars because I personally tried the Piedmontese mixed boiled meats at other Monferrato restaurants, and I wasn't particularly satisfied with that dish.
Good selection of wines and reasonable prices.

22/11/2025: Dinner with my mom and dad at this little restaurant in the Cortesi hills. The pizza is made with excellent customer service and is Neapolitan-style. The other dishes are very tempting, with unique combinations and excellent preparation. Average price: €23 per person.
02/11/2025: The place is spacious and very charming, with tables well spaced. The service is fast and excellent. The menu is very interesting; we were really torn between so many promising options. In the end, I opted for a pizza, choosing the "Salerno Reggio-Calabria" (a crust filled with ricotta - San Marzano from Agro Sarnese-Nocerino, smoked provola from Campania, spicy spianata, Calabrian 'Nduja, and oregano): excellent and highly recommended.
The desserts are all very inviting and homemade. The Bonet was exquisite.
I will definitely take the opportunity to return and try other dishes.

22/12/2025: We spent the weekend at this property with a package including accommodation, dinner, spa, and a visit to the wineries with an aperitif and lunch.
Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the massage with Monica at the spa.
The massage was a blessing for body and soul, and Monica is an exceptional person!

22/12/2025: Nestled in the hills, we purchased a package that included a spa and lunch. Everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and well-organized. The number of daily guests is limited, so the various wellness programs never feel crowded. The staff, both at the spa and in the restaurant, are knowledgeable and professional. The restaurant's dishes are prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, and the wine selection is very good. I will definitely return for a relaxing day and recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

28/11/2025: A historic restaurant in Tortona. Family and cousins run the restaurant business. I recommend it, a dinner with friends a while back. GENERATIONS HAVE BEEN HERE, AND THEY CAME FROM VARIOUS PLACES, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE NIGHTCLUB, MAYERLING, HIPPODROME, ETC. EXCELLENT FOOD.

10/10/2025: Everything was perfect, the food was very good, the staff were very good and very kind, a really nice place to eat with friends.
10/10/2025: For work, my colleagues and I always have lunch at Ventaglio. We're very satisfied. The food is good, and the selections are different every day, so you rarely get the same dishes again. The staff is always smiling and attentive. If I had to be picky and say something negative, it's just that one of the two dining rooms doesn't have good phone reception.

27/07/2025: A lovely place to stop for a glass of good wine and a selection of excellent cured meats and cheeses. There are tables both inside and outside, and downstairs is a beautiful wine cellar. The service is attentive and sometimes humorous. I recommend you visit.
12/07/2025: Super attentive and helpful staff, high-quality local food, and an excellent wine selection. The Casale Spritz is a must-try.
We'll definitely be back.
