It might have been my mistake, even though I had ordered a medium-rare steak. I still wasn't informed that it was a breaded steak, meaning it wasn't medium at all, but rather raw in the center. The ambiance, however, was great.

10/10/2025: For work, my colleagues and I always have lunch at Ventaglio. We're very satisfied. The food is good, and the selections are different every day, so you rarely get the same dishes again. The staff is always smiling and attentive. If I had to be picky and say something negative, it's just that one of the two dining rooms doesn't have good phone reception.

07/03/2026: Terrible experience. We had booked a table, but upon our arrival, we were told it was no longer available, without anyone bothering to notify us or call us. Even more unpleasant was the attitude of the staff, who were rude and unwilling to find a solution. A truly disappointing welcome, followed by a final slammed door.

01/03/2026: I visited this restaurant for lunch and overall the experience was quite positive. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes: you can sense the attention paid to the kitchen, and the flavor was adequate. Unfortunately, there was one incident that left me a little disappointed. I was served a cold steak; after I reported it, the dish was taken back to the kitchen and the same steak was returned, simply reheated, and on a lukewarm plate. I would have preferred more attention to the situation, perhaps by preparing a new dish or at least a small gesture of apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the food is good, but I believe that customer care in times of crisis really makes a difference. I hope it was just an isolated incident, but I recommend being careful because losing a customer can lead to very unpleasant word of mouth.

07/01/2026: Always an excellent restaurant! It's long been my go-to for textbook Piedmontese fritto misto. Last time, I had Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, braised ox cheek served over polenta, and, of course, the fritto misto—a very good Ruchè wine, to match. The service is attentive, punctual, and friendly, right from the moment you arrive, and the chef is careful to ask if everything was enjoyed at the end of the meal. A passionate person, as skilled in the kitchen as she is kind. :) I always recommend this restaurant to my friends, and they end up thanking me. It's a sure thing when it comes to excellent Piedmontese cuisine.
