11/05/2025: Se vi piacciono le vecchie trattorie anni 80, questo é il posto che fa per voi! Vera cucina casalinga piemontese, con un buonissimo fritto misto ( dall'agnello al latte dolce). Servizio veloce e attento, proprietaria davvero simpatica! Ottimo il loro vino rosé della casa.

02/06/2025: We organized an evening at La Pesa the day before our wedding. Everything was taken care of, we didn't need to arrange anything, just give a call. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, the local wines tasteful and the terrasse nicely arranged for our walking diner. We had a great time. The service was friendly, I highly recommend this place! 25/05/2025: Being in Casale for a parachute jump, we took the opportunity to have lunch in the town center. Welcoming and tastefully furnished restaurant, friendly staff, we ate an excellent meat tartare, a delicious veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti with super white ragù!! The Ruchè wine recommended by the very kind Silvia was also excellent. Recommended.

17/05/2025: Locale semplice e pulito in un piccolo paesino della valle; camerieri gentili e disponibili, soprattutto i padroni di casa, particolarmente attenti e simpatici! Ma la vera protagonista del locale è la carne (senza nulla togliere alla pizza) cotta nel forno, molto lentamente…mi rendo conto che i tempi di attesa per una bistecca siano un po’ più lunghi, ma dietro non c’è una disorganizzazione del personale , semplicemente una scelta studiata, per offrire al cliente una carne di qualità, cotta al punto giusto, ma soprattutto calda al cuore se piace al sangue come piace a me. Graditissime le due salse proposte, per condire la carne, ma che spalmate sul pane sono super golose ed il tagliere di ben venuto per rompere l’attesa. Ottimi anche i dolci, rigorosamente homemade. Bravissimo Alessandro e tutto il suo staff!

11/05/2025: Local in the old area of ​​Alessandria and equally "old" and historic pizzeria of the city (60s/70s) since the 90s there has been new management which has maintained the same style of the past. Inside it is not that big, very busy and a pleasant environment even if when it is full it is difficult to converse from the roar of the room. Really good pizza and friendly staff

18/03/2025: We are traveling with five kids, ages 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11 years. After a long day, everyone was tired and hungry. We literally stumbled in and sat down before realizing the atmosphere was so sophisticated. Miming to the server, Luca (who we later found out is the third generation of this family), we asked if all the kids are ok and he was happy to have us. He was accommodating, patient and really kind. We will do our best to go back before we leave!

26/05/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate my mother's birthday and we have fond memories of it. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view from the parking lot (convenient and very close to the restaurant). The environment is intimate, with attention to detail and welcoming, with a family atmosphere made even more pleasant by the kindness and friendliness of the owners, truly attentive from start to finish. We were greeted with a welcome aperitif and a salami to slice directly at the table, a simple but original gesture. The appetizers based on cold cuts and cheeses were tasty, as were the desserts, well presented and enriched with a delicious zabaglione cream, although perhaps slightly expensive considering the technical simplicity of the cakes. Some dishes were less convincing: the saffron-sautéed rice au gratin with fondue seemed too dry and not very tasty, while the Castelmagno, honey and hazelnut gnocchi were decidedly sweet, so much so as to be a bit cloying. The tagliata, requested rare, arrived well done. The agnolotti with white ragù from Monferrato and the green tagliatelle were very good. Overall, the prices are fair, even though there are similar alternatives in the area with a better quality-price ratio. However, the quality of the welcome, the sincere attention to the customer and the final gesture - a kind tribute to my mother - really made the difference. You can clearly feel the passion and care that the owners put into their work, and this is worth a lot. This makes customers come back. And we will gladly come back.
