I said not to make the spaghetti carbonara too salty, but it turned out to be very salty. The entreçôte was good. Fries too. A bit more greens would be nice. They don't know sorbet like we Dutch do. No ice cream.

As in the past, it's a regular stop once a year when we spend a few days in Giarole from Florence. The fish is fresh and excellent.
