A pleasant discovery in the center of Fubine! We spent a wonderful evening in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Salvatore, a delightful man, welcomed us with truly priceless hospitality and guided us through traditional Piedmontese dishes, reinterpreted with a modern twist while never compromising the quality of the ingredients. A truly pleasant experience, filled with excellent food, attentive service, and friendliness. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful and welcoming location, the elegant and welcoming staff make you feel at home. The menu offers excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, highly recommended. In addition to a visit, there's a gem... L'INFERNO, a 19th-century cellar... what more can I say? A MUST SEE.

Found with theFork..... very cold welcome (you can't please everyone.... but it's okay anyway) food is average, nothing special, wine chosen by us, nothing special, a smile, a description of what brings nothing, we are still at the appetizers and they already bring the cheese, he gets the second one wrong and doesn't apologize, on the menu we ask for a dessert of the 5 available after a while he comes to tell us that it wasn't there (don't ask first!!) I ask for an ice cream after a while he comes to tell me the flavors available, I make my choice, after a while he comes to ask me for the flavors..... question: but what do you need the notebook you have in your hand for? Lastly I ask for a sachet of sweetener..... when the coffee was already cold they tell me they don't have any.......

Nice restaurant. Good quality food. Medium to high prices. With the pork fillet I expected a side dish, but the dish arrived bare, with only the piece of meat. I would review the plating and improve the service... perhaps by asking if you would like a side dish with the main courses, I would bring glasses and cutlery on a tray and not by hand! Restaurant with great potential! The bar area and cash register need to be reviewed.

Excellent lunch in a small restaurant in Monferrato. The menu was well-structured, with just a few dishes, all made with quality ingredients and homemade. I appreciated the attention to local dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The restaurant was welcoming, clean, and simple. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, but always ready to offer excellent advice; I'd say it was impeccable. It was a very pleasant lunch.

From appetizer to dessert, everything was truly excellent. A wonderful experience, one to repeat. A special mention for the Fassona beef tartare, superb.
