My grandmother was from Piedmont. She spoke Piedmontese even though she was born in Argentina. She always made bagnacauda for us, and we never lost our Piedmontese traditions. Today, when I arrived in Fubine, I wanted to eat bagnacauda in its place of origin. Thank you!!! You made me bagnacauda in the middle of May when it was 25 degrees Celsius. You have no idea how happy you made me. Excellent!!! I'll be back in winter.

Everything was perfect. Excellent food, and just the right amount. Service took a bit longer, but it was always justified by the attentiveness and customer service (much appreciated). Highly recommended.

I had the tasting menu, which was more than satisfying and the dishes very tasty. The visit to the Inferno was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Recommended.

My partner and I went for dinner and had a great time 🥰 The food was good, gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, walnuts, and honey 😋. The owner was friendly and kind. We'll be back to try the pizza; I'd seen it from other tables and it really intrigued me.

12/05/2026: Great gelato, great coffee and great customer service. They were happy to assist in English and had plant milk available. Worth making a stop here and enjoying a sweet treat :)
