04/07/2026: I'm giving one star only because it's not possible to give zero. I gave the receipt at the register, asking for two espressos, one with a macchiato, to-go. We asked for it at the counter, and the barista made us two coffees, not long ones, but rather larger ones, but still, to her, they were considered "normal" espressos. When I pointed out what had happened to the lady and politely asked her to have the coffees as requested and as per the receipt, she rudely replied, "What do we mean by normal coffee?" and continued to grumble even though I explained the problem. (In the end, they gave us two espressos, ignoring my request for an espresso macchiato.) I understand that working in customer service can be difficult, but it would take a little politeness and at least accepting criticism, which can be constructive. Being a barista myself, I would have preferred not to listen to the employee's complaints, knowing the job well!

29/06/2026: The coffee was truly excellent, probably one of the few positives of my experience. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing: both the cashier, the girl delivering the focaccia and other food items, and the person making the coffee were arrogant and unfriendly. Responses were often rude and delivered in an unprofessional tone, making the customer feel almost like a nuisance.

12/11/2025: Good!!! Only business lunches... packed!!!! The owners are very kind. For €13 we ate abundantly. Also visit the village of Quattordio, full of murals, an open-air museum.

10/07/2025: Excellent place for aperitifs and business lunches, generous portions, excellent quality food, and Flavio and his team are very kind and helpful. If you're in the area, stop by!
