05/04/2026: I chose this restaurant, where I regularly return for Christmas and Easter lunch with my family, and I'm delighted with my choice. The stellar menu—my favorites include a delicate creamed cod dish at Christmas; tuna and chicory with a fragrant basil sauce at Easter; flavorful traditional agnolotti; gnocchi with white truffles and shrimp; taragna polenta with a lightly spiced stew; and fried lamb with a very light breading and a must-try lime mayonnaise at Easter. The service is attentive and courteous. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.

11/01/2026: My partner and I had the pleasure of dining here on New Year's Eve (dinner only, no overnight stay). What can I say? The staff was delightful, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly, yet unobtrusive. The location was absolutely charming. The food and wine were excellent, a little more sophisticated than the Piedmontese classics and with an exotic touch. The wine was wonderful. We can't wait to return! Thank you 🤗

16/03/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese cuisine from the Monferrato region. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was modern and pleasant. We booked specifically to try the Piedmontese-style fritto misto, which was completely satisfying, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the cooking method. The wine list is good, with a wide selection of wines and producers, allowing you to choose what you like. I will return to try other Piedmontese dishes, which, I am sure, will not disappoint.

29/03/2026: Ok, I was very pleased they didn't make a scene because we were running late and rescheduled twice by 30 minutes each. This was probably the best part of this lunch. The restaurant is in a stunning medieval building. My recommendation would be to check out the building without actually entering the restaurant. The food is nothing to write a letter home about. Overpriced, mediocre quality and slow service (4 course menu took over 2 and a half hours) just don't justify coming here. Not again.

29/03/2026: A wonderful experience! We had lunch here on a Saturday a few weeks ago. We booked at the last minute, but we were greeted warmly. The atmosphere was beautiful and very elegant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everyone was very knowledgeable. Needless to say, the food was truly delicious. The attention to detail and preparation of the dishes were truly top-notch. Allergies are welcome (I'm allergic to pepper, and many restaurants never take this into account, but at this restaurant I found detailed information on the ingredients in the menu). Everything was tasty, and the portions were generous and just the right amount. If I really had to find a flaw, perhaps the desserts weren't up to par with everything else. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses were truly top-notch in terms of flavor and quality.

24/12/2025: Gourmet lunch in Piedmont Beautiful setting in a small Piedmont village, with attentive and fast service. We enjoyed an aperitif, two glasses of prosecco, and were served four entrées: a chickpea cone, a savory baba, a blue cheese and hazelnut tart, and tomato chips with fresh cream and anchovies with lemon jelly. Very special. There were several tasting menus available, as well as the à la carte menu. We chose the Territory and Tradition tasting menu for €70 per person. Typical Monferrato dishes presented with care. Piedmontese Fassona tartare, rosemary and mustard, smoked egg yolk and shallots, truly excellent. Traditional plinth, roast gravy and thyme, Piedmontese fillet, celeriac, black cabbage, and Bordeaux sauce. Everything was delicious. The pre-dessert, you either love it or hate it, was a very special vinegar sorbet. The dessert: I'm not...a Bonet! Made with the ingredients of a bunet. We were served a small pastry along with coffee and four small sweets. Drinks are not included. Cover charge is €5, 75cl water €4, and we spent €208 for two. Recommended for a special occasion.

05/04/2026: I have to thank the Billis twins for their wonderful hospitality at their osteria. It's a wonderful place, rich and innovative. I also have to thank their staff, who welcomed us like family, and I had the opportunity to meet one of the twins, Filippo, with whom I was able to chat almost as if we were two friends. The menu was beautiful and unique, thank you so much ❤️❤️😜😋

Anti-Covid regulations were scrupulously respected. Excellent menu at reasonable prices. A quiet place where we will definitely return.
