Cucina Location Personale all'altezza.
Lo Chef è strepitoso con grandi capacità estro creativo e maestria nell'elaborazione personale dei piatti.
Il posto che dire..sembra di essere caduti dentro una fiaba di quelle che leggevamo da bambini.
Tutto il personale è attento e preparato, dedica il massimo dell'attenzione e non lascia nulla al caso.
Davvero indimenticabile.

18/11/2023: Ristorante per chi cerca un luogo ideale per riuscire a parlare senza chiasso, serviti in modo eccezionale, con una bellissima vista, con un menù fantastico e portate preparate in modo magistrale senza cadere nel perimetro dell'odiosa nouvelle cuisine. Sicuramente nella top 5 dei migliori ristoranti dove sia stato a questo livello. Prezzo assolutamente corretto in rapporto, come già sottolineato, alla qualità sublime della cucina, delle materie prime e del servizio.

However, maintaining the Genoese tradition high, the dishes are revisited and enhanced to the fullest by the touch of the excellent Chef.
Courteous and professional dining room staff and excellent cleanliness of the rooms, what more could you want?
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

31/03/2024: Farmhouse flavour! For lunch on the Saturday before Easter. Unmissable appetizer tasting. Both the first and second courses are excellent. Worth mentioning is the tartare with 0 km egg, anchovy and capers 😋The loose Barbera is notable.
22/03/2024: I only ate at this farmhouse for dinner. The dishes were excellent and you can clearly feel the quality of the ingredients. The room is not huge but it is comfortable.
The staff is friendly and courteous. As already mentioned, the prices are a little above average compared to other agritourisms, but it's worth it.

01/02/2024: Very nice restaurant, probably one of the most elegant in the area. An eye on tradition with also innovative and experimental combinations. Absolutely try the Gavi risotto, the best ever. Vast wine list, with quality bottles for all budgets, let us advise you, and a truly fascinating historic cellar. In summer the internal courtyard is an oasis.

The only negative note is the Marietto bottled wine which is not up to the standard of the place

30/11/2023: Traditional home cooking. They have a choice between 2/3 first courses and 2/3 second courses. The quality is decent.
The environment is nice but a little unkept.
The flaw of this place though... is the service! Rude waitress and a smile that can't be paid for.
The price is positive.
30/10/2023: We stopped for lunch.....I'll start by saying that the waitress left something to be desired at the beginning as I had to say hello because she immediately started with a...what do you order...
He listed what was on the 15 euro menu... we took a plate of ravioli each, but first we ordered a plate of appetizers (off the menu) where in my opinion it was a bit poor... for the final surprise figure of 15 euros per dish...
Moral of the story...it would have been better for us to take the menu with the first and second courses and with 60 euros (excluding drinks) we would have managed...instead only 60 euros went for the starters.....
Maybe when you say off-menu... also list the prices, thanks. .
Would I go back?...I don't think so

Menu semplice ma allo stesso ricercato, in tutti questi anni penso di aver provato quasi tutto e non sono mai rimasta delusa.
Davide ed il suo staff sono sempre cordiali e preparati.
In assoluto consiglio il vitello tonnato che mi ricorda quello di mia nonna , quindi una bomba !
