You can genuinely feel the passion and creativity behind the cuisine, with a perfect balance between tradition and refinement. What makes the experience even more special is the people. The chef and the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making you feel at home while enjoying a Michelin-level experience. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of my time in the region.
