04/08/2025: The restaurant is located in a somewhat unsightly area of Casale, but once inside, the atmosphere is well-kept and pleasant. The staff isn't particularly friendly or well-trained, perhaps due to the August heat... hard to say. The food is average: decent dishes, but nothing that really stands out. Considering the prices, many trattorias offer similar fare for half the price. It reminds me of a sort of "I'd like to but I can't" situation typical of serious restaurants: the idea is there, the substance a little less so. In short: it's fine if it's the only place open, better than skipping the meal, but I wouldn't mark it as a must-try in Casale.

20/05/2025: Restaurant Very refined with a particular environment as it is a deconsecrated church and where there is an open kitchen without protective glass. The staff is really kind and efficient. Careful food and careful research of flavors and colors. Excellent experience, but not abundant dishes. Wide choice of wines.

10/05/2025: Great modern restaurant in an abandoned church. Interesting menu, everything very tasty and beautifully presented. Even better wine list, the boss of the house is a wine connoisseur and you can also try great wines by the glass. Very nice experience!!

09/08/2025: La seconda volta a Tortona e, a distanza di molti anni, ho trovato un gradevole centro storico con molti bei negozi. Ma la sorpresa più gradita è stata la cena alla Vineria Derthona. Ambiente che coniuga una storica locazione molto ben ristrutturata e una gestione giovane, attenta, cortese. Proposta gastronomica impeccabile mirata alle specialità piemontesi locali. Merita sicuramente una visita.

03/08/2025: Il proprietario non è stato per niente accogliente ed educato.Ha un atteggiamento poco rispettoso nei confronti dei clienti. Lo. Staff gentile. Peccato perché il posto è carino. Ma l’educazione non è di casa.

06/08/2025: Where to start… You are greeted by the owner/waiter/chef (all the same boss) There was no menu card as it all came from the the chef’s head. All products and ingredients are all made from his own garden or local products. Each dishes was delicious. And after each dish, the chef asks you what do you want next…. An amazing experience, the chef is a genius! We didn’t know the price of our dishes as there was no menu card, but to our surprise, it was extremely cheap. We paid 83 Euros for the chef’s choice of: 4 anti pasti, primi and secondi. No space for dessert, so we skipped that one. And included we had; A bottle of his own wine (grapes), one red wine and lots of water! We were given very excited homemade grissini (chocolate, rosemary and onion taste) and the best vitello tunnato we have tried in the region! Please call for a reservation! And tips needs to be given cash 💰 Lots of parking and dog friendly.

17/07/2025: We organized a dinner to celebrate a birthday... I booked over the phone and on the other end I found an exquisite person, the menu agreed upon according to my expectations, a place I already knew... the only negative thing was the service... the waiter was awkward but that's to be expected if it's his first time... on the other hand, the waitress, who I've already encountered on other occasions, was intolerant and distracted... she didn't understand who the birthday boys were and continued to address one of our guests as if she were the birthday girl... when it came to the cake, without asking where to put it, she placed it in front of this guest... we had to ask to move it in front of the birthday boy... I found these gestures unpleasant... I hoped she would pay a little more attention... zero service... (Maybe she didn't like us)

16/07/2025: A rustic and characteristic place inside a wine cellar, with friendly, attentive, and fast service and staff. The food is of sufficient quality, offering rich osteria-style cuisine. The menu is rather extensive, but features black truffle specialties. The cleanliness and atmosphere are a little below my expectations, but overall, it's adequate. The bathrooms, however, are dirty and smelly.

01/08/2025: Very nice and elegant original Italian villa, surrounded by a nice Italian style garden and swimming pool. The room are spacious, and there is an ancient elegant feeling in them. The breakfast is excellent, special thanks to the head manager Mr. Gasparre for his warm welcome and attention to details.

30/07/2025: Large historic complex with a nice classic interior. Good size new outdoor pool and nice area around the pool. Classic room is a good size and I like it more than the smaller Standard room. There is enough parking. Breakfast was good, but a few years ago the selection was a bit larger. I have to admit that in every hotel where we have had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a bit smaller compared to previous years. 5 minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet. No mirror in the room. No free water in the room, would be very welcome in hot weather. There was only one free socket in the room and it was also broken.

27/07/2025: We dined here for the first time. Parking was a bit inconvenient; we drove around quite a bit before finding one in the middle of the road. But it doesn't matter; the village is very small and hard to find. The outdoor location is very beautiful and romantic. We ate well; the only thing I didn't like was the thickly sliced cold cuts. It's also a shame that as soon as it got dark, a swarm of mosquitoes devoured us, and we had to leave because they were really annoying. Maybe it would have been better to stay inside. Overall, a positive review. Thank you.

09/06/2025: Castello di Gabiano 🏰 enchanting well cared for, we celebrated the birthday with a quality menu. The room manager Mrs. Nadia served us with attention, friendliness and great professionalism: attentive to every little need with kindness. The generous portions accompanied by the good wine produced by the Castle have fully satisfied all the guests. Thank you so much, we will gladly return also for a weekend with a swim in the pool.

18/06/2025: You can't miss this place, you've driven past it, turn around. The list of dishes is impressive. The taste is excellent, the service is great. I highly recommend it.

01/06/2025: We stopped for dinner in the evening and received excellent service. The lady who served us the food was so smiley and had a great sense of humor and she made us laugh a lot and enjoy the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere which made the meal a special and unforgettable experience. Don't miss out on their liqueurs at the end of the meal they are excellent.

03/07/2025: We stayed two nights as a family at Castello di Razzano. The site is magnificent, with splendid views of the surrounding area. The buildings, pool, and grounds are very well maintained; everything invites relaxation. The restaurant serves excellent cuisine, which can be paired with the estate's delicious wines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

27/06/2025: A Charming Castle-Style Stay with Exceptional Service and Delightful Food and Wine! What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful, castle-style location! We visited at the end of May, and from the moment we stepped out of the parking lot and walked towards reception, we were greeted by the most enchanting scent of jasmine and roses – truly a delightful first impression. Enjoying the evening in the restaurant's courtyard was a highlight, and the food itself was absolutely delightful, adding to the unique charm of the experience. It's worth noting that the location is quite remote, which makes this hotel absolutely fantastic if you're looking to relax and unwind for two, three, or even four days. It's truly a peaceful retreat. Our room was equipped with AC, maintaining an old-fashioned style that perfectly complemented the building's overall aesthetic. Most importantly, the staff here is truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. A special shout-out to Giulia, whose service was exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will certainly be visiting again. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
