We stopped in at Roassini during our time in Milan and really enjoyed it. The staff were genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in, the kind of place where you feel welcome right away, not just like another table to turn over.
Food highlights: the lasagna was excellent, one of the better ones we’ve had, and the pizza was outstanding. Really hard to fault either of those.
The one miss was the carbonara, it came out a bit dry and the pasta was slightly overcooked, which was a shame because everything else showed they clearly know what they’re doing in the kitchen. Hopefully just an off night for that dish.
Overall a really good experience.

21/02/2026: Everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to the attentive, friendly, knowledgeable waiting staff, and to the chef for his willingness to explain the particularities of the dishes cooked. A place with a distinct culinary tradition, I have never eaten nervetti as they cook them here. The highlight of the dinner, for us, was the risotto with osso buco, tender meat, perfectly cooked risotto, creamy, delicate... The tarte tatine ended my dinner perfectly, definitely worth trying other "items" on the menu.

I was truly impressed by this little restaurant; I have to say, it's a real gem just outside Milan!
I went with friends, and we ordered countless dishes, and I was amazed. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. Usually, I find something that might not be to my taste, but here they didn't miss a beat!
Super friendly staff! Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I really enjoyed the food, but I'll post the only two I did!
I'll definitely be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR BOTH THE QUALITY AND THE PRICE! 5 STARS WELL-DESERVED!

29/03/2026: Excellent Australian-style restaurant, ideal for those who want to try meats from around the world (especially kangaroo), cooked with great care.
I recommend the "mixed pinwheel" for two: about 700 grams of meat that allows you to try different cuts, all very flavorful and lean (pork, buffalo burger, kangaroo fillet, and Polish Masurian cube roll). The dish is accompanied by grilled vegetables and baked potatoes, as pictured.
The homemade desserts are also excellent, truly delicious and carefully crafted, perfect for ending the meal.
Prices are average. Reservations recommended.

Good service, the place is a bit stuffy because it's very small and all the tables are close together, but overall everything was good.

The arrosticini are among the best in Milan, truly exceptional, and the tomato salad was incredibly fresh, simple, yet full of flavor.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent: it's the ideal place for those who want to dine well without spending too much, perhaps with friends, in an authentic and unpretentious atmosphere, which is all the more enjoyable for that.

03/06/2026: EXCELLENT service. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and affectionate. They make you feel like you're literally at the center of their work, as if you were a special customer, even though the truth is you're just one of many. The food is excellent, rich in innovation and flavors that take you back to your childhood. The only flaw, if I really wanted to offer constructive criticism, is that the place is perhaps too dark.

Communication was very easy from the start, via email and WhatsApp. Using a specialized agency for our trip to Peru really made a difference; every detail was meticulously organized. The itinerary was revised several times before being confirmed, always accommodating our requests. The support throughout the trip was always excellent.
Thanks to Silvia! We will definitely return to Jambo in the future to organize other trips.

21/05/2026: If you're looking for a local spot for a simple meal, I recommend this place. I don't know the names of the dishes, but the food is really delicious. I had it with white wine and it was Mamma Mia!
I highly recommend it! I had the mushroom carbonara and a dish that looked like a taco with Pro-Gyuto, mozzarella, and tomatoes... it was tasty!

03/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the service was very attentive. The room is small, so it can get a bit noisy when it's full. The dishes were all very well prepared and tasty (the pesto alla trapanese was absolutely unmissable).

The second course, octopus, was also perfectly cooked with a sauce that takes you back home.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
