01/04/2026: I’m so happy we found this place during our vacation in Milan! We had breakfast here two mornings in a row, it was so good. Francesco was very kind; he helped me choose a toast based on my preferences, and the coffee was amazing! May I ask what kind of beans you use for the decaffeinated coffee? Thank you very much 👏

25/03/2026: I get coffee here every day and I love it! The coffee is delicious, and they always give you a free glass of water and a chocolate. The service is excellent; the baristas are fast, kind, and helpful. I also tried the aperitivo, and it's really good and plentiful.

10/04/2026: Our 1st day in Milan and we passed by on our way to dinner, knowing I would want my dessert here. We were late! Today is good! We arrived at 8:00 pm before going to dinner! Dessert first! The Licorice gelato is divine😍a taste of the Lemon - puckery!

22/02/2026: The food was delicious and very good: we started our meal with the mo:mo, soft and very tasty ravioli. The pasta was delicious and the chicken was super soft and flavorful, but not overly spicy. The Carioca cake at the end could only confirm the deliciousness of the meal. The final price was proportional to the portions served. The owner is incredibly sweet and polite: after helping us choose, he always poured us water and even opened the door for us to leave at the end. As soon as we return to Milan, we will definitely be here!!!

21/04/2026: My absolute favorite place. Everything I order is excellent and different from all the others, clearly in a good way. They have both timeless dishes (like the risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco, the best I've ever had) and seasonal dishes that change frequently. Luciana is an exceptional cook and is always available to accommodate guests' requests. Giuseppe's desserts are fantastic. My absolute favorite place.

12/04/2026: The place and staff were very welcoming, and the food was excellent. For being a bit outside of Milan, the prices were a bit high. We ordered a bottle of wine, two dishes, and their respective sides. In our area, they might offer the amaro at the counter when you go to pay, but it's a €5 bill. We didn't bat an eyelid, but it would have been that little touch that would have made us happy and want to recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

01/05/2026: Be careful!! Management has changed; don't trust reviews based on the old management (like I did). The menu on the website and the restaurant menu are completely different, with much higher prices. I had an €18 pizza with Black Angus beef and a whole host of other things; it wasn't worth a damn. The appetizer, 1 arancini, was €10, and the taste was nothing special. Verdict: The restaurant's value for money is very poor. There are better options in the area.

30/04/2026: Already a must-try on Milanese pizza, now with the redesign it's even more substantial. I tried the pasta, beans, mussels, and nduja, which was truly top-notch. Congratulations to Michele Bellomo.

17/04/2026: Locally Picked Restaurant A huge selection of pizzas and pasta dishes, with a 2-3 page menu! The waiter was very friendly and recommended some great dishes! 👍 I ordered pasta and chicken, and they were delicious! 😋 🤤👍

It had been years since I'd set foot in this place, and in my mind, the flavors had remained crystallized in an image of excellence that was hard to shake. And yet, sitting back at this table today left a melancholy aftertaste. It's not so much a question of technique—the pasta, in fact, is still the star, with an excellent texture and the crispness you expect from a masterfully crafted product—as of soul. It's the broth that has lost that punch, that "wow" effect that once made me close my eyes at the first sip. After exploring different places in Milan and, above all, after calibrating my expectations directly in Japan, my perspective has inevitably changed. What once seemed like a unique nectar now seems a bit dull, lacking the depth and layering of flavors that transform a simple soup into a memorable experience. It remains a decent product, but that sense of wonder I remembered seems to have evaporated under the blows of more daring and authentic comparisons.
