If you're looking for a place where you can eat truly well and always leave satisfied, Ristorante Portobello in Milan is a guarantee. The menu is varied and has something for everyone: from excellent pizzas to pasta dishes, all the way to truly fresh and delicious fish dishes. A personal highlight: their spaghetti with clams is simply out of this world, absolutely worth trying! Finding parking or a quick table isn't always easy, but the staff is super efficient and, even at peak times, manages to find a spot in no time. Why 4 stars and not 5? The atmosphere alone: ​​it's a decidedly "old-fashioned" place, very crowded and noisy, so you have to be in the right mood. Plus, the chairs, while aesthetically pleasing, can become a bit uncomfortable after a while. In any case, if your goal is to eat well, eat generously, and spend a fair amount, this is a highly recommended place!

Heavenly experience. A proper neighbourhood restaurant rammed with families inside, and huge queues outside. It had to be good. It was perfect. Unbelievable ingredients. Pasta, pizza, salads were all exceptional quality and value. A litre of white wine was 6 euros. Staff lovely and attentive. Tiramisu was perfection to end the night. Oh, and the free limencello. Amazing how quickly they managed to get food out to so many hungry diners. I would eat here every night.

Lunch isn't usually a regular occurrence for me, but today, at 1:00 PM, I was meeting up with a very dear friend of mine. To celebrate, he invited me to have pizza at PORTOBELLO. We both ordered the PICCANTINA (menu of the day), and I was so impressed that I went to compliment the pizza chef. A mix of bold ingredients, perfectly balanced, excellent dough—in short, a truly welcome, unexpected surprise. Congratulations to everyone.

We have tried it one day before and there was a huge line, but second day it was OK, we got the table immediately. The food was really good, I think it is also pretty cheap. And the portions are also huge. We choose bruschetta and octupus/prawns as appetizer and pasta for main dish. Everything was really tasty We can definitelly recommend it and if we can, we can come again.

Went here 3 times in 2 days. I would call it the perfect Italian neighborhood restaurant. No fuzz just really good authentic and down to earth Italian food.

Extremely unfriendly service, but the pizza was delicious. We won't be back though; friendliness is clearly not a priority here. What a shame!

One of those places you always want to return to and try everything they have. The food is delicious and the staff is exceptional! Highly recommend!
