23/03/2025: The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

For me the TOP starting from the welcome of the now legendary "Pier" for all, the beauty of the restaurant, very elegant and well looked after, and finally arriving at the quality of the dishes, fresh fish, served and accompanied by an accurate description. For oysters obviously don't waste time pretending to understand where they come from, how and for what...Pier is a master at this and there's no doubt about it. Dinner at Pier 52 was a super experience to try and try again. Super recommended.

12/03/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, very welcoming family atmosphere, also spacious, with numerous seats. The ice cream shop is open all year round and is the only one open in the area during the August period and on holidays. They don't just make ice cream, but there are also excellent pastries, and they also offer a cafeteria service. It has a wide choice of products, both hot and cold, all year round. Warmly recommended!

30/03/2025: Abbiamo provato questo posto e devo dire bellissima la struttura con stile australiano, camerieri cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo provato il menu degustazione con l'aggiunta fuori menù di carne di zebra e devo dire questa girella fa uscire fuori di testa! Tutto buonissimo per non parlare della carne di zebra che si scioglieva in bocca complimenti DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

23/03/2025: Characteristic place, very good food and excellent and fast service. Personally, as I love meat, I liked the place and would gladly go back, unfortunately the price is what it is but the quality of the meat still requires a price. For the rest, a good place to eat more particular meats, they have various things and tasting menus that are convenient compared to the à la carte menu and the meat also goes well with the good wine they have.

06/04/2025: I had dinner choosing the classic tasting menu and I must say that it was a truly extraordinary experience. Each course was an explosion of flavours, with attention to the smallest details and perfectly balanced. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with attentive, courteous and never intrusive staff. The selection of wines is also excellent, with well thought out pairings. The location is very beautiful, elegant and welcoming. Ultimately, a place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience a special evening full of taste and quality.

07/04/2025: Good ice cream and always appealing flavours, but you have to avoid rush hour on weekends and school leaving hours during the week (3pm/4pm) as it is always a bit crowded next to the school and you have to wait!

The artichoke appetizer, the typical raviolini, and the duck are recommended. €50pp starter (or second course) and glass of wine, plus dessert
