But for the rest, no comment service, focaccia and bottle arrived not requested as the table number was wrong (even before ordering).. arrived Florentine in name but not in fact.. flavor of rosemary and nothing else.. meat no comment. Service definitely needs to be improved as best as possible as there is a lack of organization and communication between the kitchen and dining room... desserts not bad ... the most absurd thing is to pay 22 euros (each) for a welcome glass chosen with the room manager.. no thanks... I repeat, beautiful location... but between the location and the lack of organisation, the prices are not commensurate with the quality of service and food

09/03/2024: A timeless atmosphere in this soberly elegant farmhouse. Good dishes, some very good, careful mis en place, extensive wine list. I will definitely return when the terrace overlooking the garden is opened in spring.

31/03/2024: This year they gave us a pistachio dove obviously produced by them and it was simply delicious. Perfect leavening, pistachio cream for the filling and pistachio icing with excellent grains and whole pistachios, in short, more than a dove, a sensorial experience. I recommend it to everybody. 30/01/2024: Arrived today around 5.30pm, therefore during the rush hour of the end of school, full of children, ladies at tea time, and various customers. Special praise for the super employee who fought with honor, friendliness and professionalism alone against everyone else. Consumed two excellent chocolates and delicious biscuits. Still good on the cute and friendly employee.

02/03/2024: We celebrated my daughter's baptism here last month. Excellent food as well as the staff, both we and our guests were pleasantly impressed!!!! Also very helpful with the setup that one of the girls on staff thought of, who was really very kind. We had a great time, Stefano the chef is a good person at his job and very approachable which isn't a bad thing!!! We will definitely be back, sure not to make a bad impression... well done!!!!!

07/04/2024: Ideal place for grilling Ideal place for a platter with friends. Ideal place for ceremonies. Lots of space. There are cows, calves, ponies and a little goat to see. They also make pasta for small children. Cutting boards and pasta, excellent. Recommended for a Saturday in the countryside.

07/04/2024: Unfortunately our experience at Cascina GuzzaFame was negative. We were guests for Easter lunch (fixed menu €70 per person). The food was very disappointing both because most of the dishes seemed to have been cooked the day before (the arancini arrived at the table cold), but above all we were all perplexed by the truly paltry portion sizes. The starters were counted (literally, there was only one slice per head of veal with tuna sauce, the jam to accompany the cheeses was a teaspoon to be divided into 4) as were the first courses (one tablespoon per head of risotto). Furthermore, the cooked beef listed on the menu turned out to be one slice of roast beef per person. For €70 we expected at least to eat and I was very sorry for all my guests. The staff was courteous but unfortunately that's not enough. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend it at all.
