29/04/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. It has several indoor dining rooms and an outdoor patio, so there's plenty of seating. We ate outside, and despite the crowds, it wasn't noisy. Very good dishes, beautifully presented, and with generous portions. Only the chicken, the house specialty, didn't wow me; it was too dry, perhaps because it was grilled. Prices are high, but the quality and service are excellent. Recommended.

27/04/2026: Let's start with the set menu. It's a disappointment, starting with the appetizers, which you'd expect to be plentiful and especially commensurate with the number of people seated at the table. Unfortunately, that's not the case: just two types of cheese, a bit of coppa, a bit of cooked ham, and little else. The first courses offered last weekend weren't exactly excellent; the risotto was quite stale and flavorless, and the second course was poorly cooked; again, the quantities weren't commensurate with the number of people seated at the table. The biggest disappointment was the second course, a dish you wouldn't expect at a farmhouse: roast beef with very salty baked potatoes. I almost couldn't even mention the dessert because it was a sort of mousse with crumbled biscuit underneath, and calling it a dessert was a bit of a stretch. All this for the modest sum of €50, definitely too much considering the quality and quantity, and not including drinks. The Cascina isn't bad; the space in front with the weeping willow is very pretty. The back is very poorly maintained and the animals have to be looked at from a long way away.

The full menu is truly extensive and well-curated, with tasty, beautifully presented dishes at a very reasonable price: only €11 for the set menu. The restaurant is very clean, well-organized, and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent: the staff is friendly, attentive, and fast, perfect for those with limited time but who don't want to sacrifice quality. I ate well and felt well-treated from start to finish. A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick, yet satisfying and well-prepared lunch. I'll be back to try the meats, having seen a very inviting display... ‼️👌🏼 I recommend...
