19/03/2026: The atmosphere helps you escape the grayness of Milan, transporting you to the atmosphere of a mountain hut. Overall, the food was good and reminded me of my Trentino hometown, except for one very fatty and tough pork shank (perhaps it could have been removed from the bill given our complaint), whose crust was so dry that it was inedible. Everything else was excellent 👌, especially the dumplings in broth. The service could be improved with a better understanding of the Italian language, especially among one waiter. The ability to converse without excessive din in the restaurant was excellent.

17/03/2026: Overall, a very nice restaurant, starting with its wooden structure and the feel of a mountain refuge or restaurant, similar to those found in Trentino hotels. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses with honey and mustard—very good and unique—two first courses, including long potato gnocchi with speck and saffron sauce and apple-filled ravioli with porcini mushroom cream and crispy speck, and a second course of sausages with sauerkraut, mustard, and rösti potatoes. The dishes are generous (see photo). The beer selection is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

10/03/2026: I remembered a very traditional restaurant with authentic, transparent flavors, and I found the same friendly and elegant atmosphere. The dishes, however, were confusing, over-seasoned, and smeared with butter or gorgonzola that wasn't listed on the menu. The carne salada with gorgonzola was truly heartbreaking. I'll try again, maybe 🤔

24/02/2026: The food was excellent and the value for money was excellent. The only small flaw was perhaps the wait time, which could be improved. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the kindness of the owner, who welcomed you like a local.
