From the freshly prepared and sautéed pasta to his incredibly delicious fried cod, to the traditional Italian specialties, authentic ones like cassoeula on special days, everything is prepared with a mastery that is increasingly rare today. Katia welcomes you with rare kindness: just a message and your table is always ready, set with great care... and with fresh flowers, a detail that is anything but a given these days. Tiziano is precise, fast, and always attentive, with a professionalism that truly makes the difference. You don't just come here to eat, but to feel welcomed. 26/04/2026: From the outside, Il Nuovo Vapore doesn't immediately give away its identity as a restaurant: the entrance is almost hidden by a cozy space with a beautiful antique fireplace, and you can't immediately see the dining room. But once inside, we discovered a true culinary surprise. We started with a truly magnificent sausage and asparagus risotto: perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and rich in flavor. Next, we enjoyed exceptional roasted fillet steaks, accompanied by porcini mushrooms, grilled seasonal vegetables, excellent baked new potatoes, and delicious country green beans. All washed down with a truly delicious craft beer. Special praise also goes to the staff: qualified, competent, kind, and always attentive. It was an excellent experience in every way. We highly recommend it!
