05/04/2024: I have dined in this place dozens and dozens of times, because the staff is courteous, professional and friendly, the place is carefully looked after and clean, but above all... THE FOOD IS EXQUISITE. Further confirmation last night! The starter, octopus on the grill on cheese and pepper fondue with potatoes, confit cherry tomatoes and crispy leek fillets, I think is among the 5 best dishes ever eaten in the world. CBT artichokes on pumpkin cream with goat's cheese quenelle and carasau bread slices is truly a refined recipe and I must say also excellently managed by the restaurant chef!! Sfera 2.0 filled with oxtail stew on pecorino cream and fermented onion petals and mouth-watering tuna tartare! The spaghettone with tuna tartare flavored with tarocco oranges on Sicilian almond cream was so good that I would have liked to order another dish. The Chef's Cacio e Pepe Ravioli with prawn tartare and lemon-scented shellfish bisque, another excellent new entry on the menu! It goes without saying that the selection of wines is embarrassingly abundant, both by the bottle and by the glass. I absolutely recommend the place both to make a good impression on a woman and to spend a nice evening in the company of friends!
