16/07/2024: Oramai siamo di casa da Sadler. Ma devo dire che ogni volta riesce a stupirmi per servizio, cortesia, professionalità e qualità dei piatti. Complimenti soprattutto a Mario, sempre over the top!

26/05/2024: During my yesterday's dining experience, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the offerings. The menu proudly highlighted the origin and territoriality of the products used that the restaurant should indeed be proud of. Dishes showcased multiple textures, precision cutting, and a variety of cooking methods and stages. Visually, they were beautiful, with the presentation of the tortelli standing out for me as particularly elegant; the colours of the plate perfectly matched those of the tortelli. My personal favourite was the red mullet dish. The combination of smoky cheese and varied textures provided a delightful burst of flavour that literally gave me dopamine goosebumps. Honorable mention: the Fassone beef, with its delicious coating: (chamomile panure and red onions) was exceptionally tasty. Service at the restaurant was impeccable. The staff 'en salle' was attentive, particularly the experianced 'maître de maison' who offered regular and informative interactions. A special highlight was the interaction with chef Pisani who visited my table, adding a personal touch to the evening. There was an akward moment with the payment process as I struggled to pay with two foreign cards, all finished well when a diffrent payment terminal was brought. This did not spoil an otherwise very pleasant evening.

The dishes are prepared with typical ingredients of our beautiful country, the location is simple but elegant. The service good. Worth trying again on another occasion other than a business dinner with a fixed menu...

23/07/2024: Location molto raffinata con possibilità di pranzare nel cortile interno dell'hotel che ospita questo elegante ristorante bistellato. Non delude sulla scelta del menu e sulla qualità del cibo proposto, soprattutto nel menù degustazione "via della seta" o, uno dei piatti eccellenti dello chef, il piccione. La motivazione delle quattro stelle e non delle cinque è la seguente: come ho già detto in altre recensioni di ristoranti di questo livello guardare i prezzi dei menu è risibile e comunque il ristorante è in linea con gli altri bistellati, ma il ricarico su vini e spiriti è notevole. Purtroppo devo aggiungere che, con il gruppo, non siamo stati entusiasti del servizio, che, in posti come questo ci aspettiamo sempre al massimo livello e attenti a ogni singola esigenza, mentre, vuoi per la posizione del nostro tavolo (sala interna a destra del bancone d ingresso) o vuoi perché magari mancava del personale (questo non so) in alcuni tratti del nostro percorso ci siamo sentiti un po' abbandonati a noi stessi, in particolare modo quando avremmo voluto ordinare una seconda bottiglia di vino o di acqua o quando avevamo qualche richiesta. Questa cosa a questi livelli non dovrebbe accadere. Si tenga presente che tutto viene sempre rapportato al posto in cui si è e le aspettative vengono di conseguenza quindi nessuno si azzardi qui a leggere "servizio scarso"!!!!

13/07/2024: Ristorante molto elegante con servizio molto professionale. Il menù è composto da tre proposte con diversi piatti molto ben presentati. Abbiamo trovato la maggior parte dei piatti un po’ troppo salati anche se molto buoni. Un po’ troppo lunga la attesa fra le diverse portate. Prezzi in linea con simili ristoranti.
